Reservoir is small but the cleaner is really easy to disassemble, clean, and refill. It also cleans really well. I would recommend this product.

I've never had a carpet cleaner, let alone use one, so it was actually kinda interesting how this turned out. First, off it was nice that it came with a sample bottle of cleaning solution. It was enough to clean my small living room and a short hallway. The instructions were easy to follow and can reflect on your learning style (quick start, and detailed and slow). Fill the clean container with water a little solution, and off we go. Starting to use it, you will feel the heft of the machine. The repetitive back and forth did me in a few minutes of use. But eventually, I learned to go fast when it puts down the soap, then slow when sucking up the water and dry. It worked well that way (and maybe with other cleaners). It does heat up nicely and you can feel the warm water and dryer on the carpet as you use it. That being said, it does take time to dry properly (4-5 deliberate passes) without dampness. Once dry, my carpets "felt" clean, and comfortable again to lay on.

I previously had a Bissell and thought it was great, but I had nothing to compare it too. Once it died I, for some stupid reason, tried a Hoover, now I can truly compare.....let's just say there's no comparison. When my Hoover died I quickly went back to Bissell and I'm so glad I did. This machine is awsome, it cleans so easy, my carpet was terrible but this machine cleaned almost everything in 1 or 2 passes and it gets the broken carpet fibers up, my hoover never did that. The detachable machine is a godsend especially if you have stairs or if you need to spot clean an area.....who wants to pull out the whole machine for that. In the end I highly this machine, I've learned my lesson Bissell is the way to go.

So far so good the wife really seems to enjoy it. If she's happy, I'm happy. Now if the pot bellied pig would quit pooping in the house we wouldn't need this modern contraption.

This steam cleaner cleans great. It made my carpet look great and left a very clean and fresh smell to it. I highly recommend it. I had an area of pet smell, and it took it out. The carpet looks almost brand new.

Great job on the carpet, easy set up, easy to use.

Works decently but definitely a small water tank. I also had to re-do an area a couple of times and even then I feel like the small amount of urine can still be smelled. I'd recommend it but I'd think long and hard if the price is worth it.

I wouldn't trade this cleaner for another. I have 4 dogs which includes a new puppy, plus many other pets, and my 4 year old. It keeps up and hasn't let me down. I also want to note that I had a stain that 2 previous cleaners didn't pick up, this one made it disappear and had me squealing louder than my 4 year old. =)

Love this cleaner! Having the option to remove the tank and turn it into a spot cleaner is great. Easy to use and does a great job. My husband has been a cleaning machine
