I soooooo love my little lightweight steam cleaning machine. Super easy to use and having the short attached instruction card is a game changer. You will never misplace it! I cleaned up tea stains with ease that i tried getting up off carpet and upholstery from two years ago, came right up! Easy to remove parts to clean and put away So many upgrades since I bought my first Little Green Steam Cleaner. Bravo!!!! I most definitely recpmmend this to everyone regardless of age! Super easy to operate and cleanup is such a breeze! Pretty much no mess other than a drop or two but that is it! I love the size as well. Maybe put it in smaller box for storage. Otherwise.... go get one. NO REGRETS!!

The machine was very easy to use and I was able cleane several chairs so far. The chairs look new and fresh! I have several dogs that like to sit next to the chairs and the areas cleaned up very nicely. Looking forward to keep cleaning what I can with this awesome machine. Next job will be my outdoor patio cushions.

Great product love it, cleans about anything . Easy to use

I loved how easy this deep cleaner was to use. I cleaned my carpet, my white bed headboard and my couch. It did such a great job getting rid of the stains and pet odor.

I really love this machine. It cleans very well and the steam option is a plus. I steamed drapes , floor boards , couches & mattresses . The machine is lightweight & easy to use . The only thing I would say is you have to purchase the self-cleaning hose tool ( which I feel you should get with it ) because after several cleanings the hose smelled awful and that’s really the only way to clean it .

The steam helps lift the stains, for older very set in stains must go over a few times but overall very satisfied. Keep cleaning until the water being lifted comes up clear.

Not going to be long winded here just to the point. It has great functionality in a small package. Overall works well. Suction is adequate. The steam function works very easily and it will spray a soap for deep cleaning. I’ve used it for my cars interior and areas where our pets lay this and the pet hair eraser work perfectly together.

I thought my sectional was clean because the kids are not allowed to eat or drink on them but i was beyond shock to see brown water be pulled out It left my couch smelling brand new and not like teenage boys!

PICTURE IS INCORRECT: It does NOT come with wheels, the hose cleaner attachment (clear piece), nor the larger bottle of soap. I've reported this to Best Buy since it is false advertising. The wheels and cleaner are about $25 on Amazon. The unit itself is very compact, and does a really good job. Effectively cleaned dog urine on carpet and eliminated the smell. Cleaned couch with steam and it was not damp afterwards. Looking forward to finding more uses.

Clean surfaces very well. and you can clean it and store it easily anywhere, you can also use it to clean your car seats and leave them spotless.

Overall, I am happy with this machine. Operates like any other carpet cleaner tank wise.. I have had it for about 1.5 years and it has gotten moderate use. The cord and hose wrap up nicely and it is easy to store. I like the steam function. It helps loosen things. My only complaint is the exhaust seems to come out of the bottom. If while you're using it, the machine is resting on a hard surface like tile or hardwood it sounds fine, but if you have the machine on carpet (which I do frequently because I use it to clean carpet...) you can tell it's not venting properly. So I usually just prop it on something to get adequate airflow to the bottom. It's fine overall... it just seems like a pretty big oversight for a machine that's is meant to clean carpets to not be able to sit on carpet while in use.

As a premium portable carpet/upholstery cleaner, it feels very premium. Nice section and the main tool is a nice size so cleaning doesn't take too long. All of the parts feel durable and are easy to take apart and put back together for cleaning. The attachments come apart for cleaning too which is something we were missing with our last cleaner. The steam function is maybe a gimmick, there's a list of messes that it says NOT to use the steam on so we haven't had a chance to use it yet.

The BISSELL SpotClean HydroSteam 3689F is very effective for quick cleanups and spot treatments. It handles stains well and is easy to use and carry around. However, the sound quality of the machine can be a bit loud and unpleasant at times, especially during stronger suction. The water tank capacity and battery life could also be improved for longer sessions. Overall, it does the job well and is a convenient tool to have at home for small messes.

This steamer has so many usable functions. Gets our pet stains out better than any other machine we have tried.

It worked great. I had a #2 wet dog mess on an area rug and it cleaned it up without any issues. No smell, no stain and the rug is white. I also got out a stain on my recliner that had been there for years. I only give it 4 stars because while it works well, I totally thought it was like a spot bot from the size and picture. Meaning that I thought it also worked where you put it on a stain and it auto cleaned the spot instead of using the hose. I probably should have read more of the description first, but for the price this costs I thought it would include that feature as well.

Works really well! I have used it to clean my couch and spot clean my carpet. Took makeup out of my carpet that has been sitting on it for months. I had tried cleaning it with my upright Bissell and it didn't take the makeup out

All I can say is wow. Though a bit pricey, its worth every cent. We upgraded to this as we have 3 small kids and a dog. This is fantastic for both kid and pet accidents. It's easy go move around and works quickly. (Its almost more useful than my full size professional cleaner)

I have not had many opportunities to use the steam option on the machine but it does alright as an upholstery cleaner so far. What REALLY BOTHERS ME are the attachment heads. They are NOT sturdy and come off SOO easily while you’re trying to clean. The design of the attachment heads are not that great and could have been designed better. They do not meet my cleaning needs very well. Also, the trigger button should have been placed somewhere else than where it is right now. It keeps getting in the way when I try to scrub or suck up the dirty stuff. It is so sensitive that it bumps into everything and soaks more than I need it to while I’m just trying to suck up the initial spray. Honestly, I feel like a lot more thought could have been put into this product when they were making it. If you want to use either steam option you have to wait for it to heat up for 30 seconds then press the lever until steam forms. You end up losing A LOT of cleaning solution mixture just waiting for what seems to be BARELY any steam. I’m honestly kinda disappointed. I should have just bought a separate steam cleaner and a separate portable upholstery cleaner.

Works really well on cleaning couches. Removed stains and dirt that a regular dry vacuum cannot do.
