However, the suction isn’t as strong as I expected. It leaves behind more water than it should, requiring extra drying time. Still a solid machine, just wish the suction matched the cleaning power.

I wish it came with more tools, but overall I am pretty happy with the unit. The steam clean function heats quickly and does a great job helping to sanitize food spills. I highly recommend Bissell's line of wet vac's and am trading in my Rug Doctor for a Bissell Big Green soon.

It was able to remove stains that the kids have put on our carpet and dining room table chairs over the past few years. The best surprise was seeing how well it was able to clean our grout, among the bathroom look like new again

My house smelled like I had animals (GROSS)! After using the hydrosteam the smell was completely gone! I AM MORE THAN PLEASED!!! All the marker stains from the kids, GONE! SO SATISFYING!

This is a game changer due to the mobility of it and the different attachments included, it works perfect for my needs. Being able to clean carpet as well as other furniture is so clutch!

For More Than Pet Messes

Not only does it work great on pet messes it is great for carpeted stairs and furniture. It is easy to use and light enough to carry around the house.

Worth the price!

We had another steam cleaner that was the size of a vacuum, but it just doesn't work the same as the Bissell. This steam cleaner at heats the water and creates steam within 30 seconds of turning it on- which has been a game changer. Definitely a great purchase after getting a new puppy.

Steam does take a little bit to start to exit the hose and is not very hot. I do not understand how you mix chemicals in the container. I only thought you were supposed to add water when making steam somewhat confusing would not buy again.
