I absolutely LOVE MY NEW TOY!!!! I have a cat AND a dog. They were starting to take over the house. My house smelled like I had animals (GROSS)! After using the hydrosteam the smell was completely gone! I AM MORE THAN PLEASED!!! All the marker stains from the kids, GONE! SO SATISFYING!

I love this thing! I am obsessed with it, works so well for general cleaning and for problem stain spots! I use it on rugs, carpets and furniture.

This cleaner works great. It was able to remove stains that the kids have put on our carpet and dining room table chairs over the past few years. The best surprise was seeing how well it was able to clean our grout, among the bathroom look like new again

Had the previous version of this little green and this is a massive upgrade. Having steam and uses less water. I clean my furniture with it, with great success.

It works! Cleaned an entire couch with this and performed excellent. Does a great job on spots and small areas. Cleans and removes water excellent.

Purchased approximately two months ago have used several times. Steam does take a little bit to start to exit the hose and is not very hot. I do not understand how you mix chemicals in the container. I only thought you were supposed to add water when making steam somewhat confusing would not buy again.

I am very impressed with this product! Easy to use, and the steam helps get a good deep clean plus helps whatever youre cleaning dey faster!

Ive used mine 3 times already and I love it. It lifts stains and removes odors, which is perfect for someone with kids and pets.

“Steam” not hot. Cleaner works as advertised but advertising it as steam isn’t being truthful. The “steam” that comes from the unit is not steam. More like warm water spray. Still works good for general cleaning.

Absolutely LOVE it!!!!! I have 7 kids and 4 dogs and I’ve tried other kinds of cleaners. This got the job done!!!! OMG I am soooo happy!!!!! I love the steam part… it really gets the messes up and is easier with the steam cause it helps lift it up… I even did my stairs and the kids were like… WOW!!!!! Mommy what did you use? It’s so clean!!!! I showed them and they were like… WOW!!!!

Great portable carpet and upholstrey cleaner. Simple to use , light weight and has a steam action you can turn on for the really tough stains.

Portability and weight are great. Steam function really helps with (pet) stains.

We discovered several cat hairballs under the bed that were likely hanging out there for some time. Super crusty and gross, we removed what we could from the surface with a damp paper towel. What was left were the stains which this machine excelled at removing. Our carpet looked brand new! 10/10 would buy again. I also used it to steam clean my shower. Can’t wait to see how else I can use this!

Small in size, but does the work. Lacks a bit of suction. I elevate off the ground to use. Seems to help a bit with the suction power.

Obsessed! I think it’s a little pricey but I have 3 kids. I have used this so many times since I bought it barely 2 weeks ago. My home smells fresher. I got all the little older stains out of the carpet plus all the everyday spills. I don’t know how I ever got along without before. I recommend to everyone.

This Steamer is a life saver! If you have pets, please get it. We had another steam cleaner that was the size of a vacuum, but it just doesn't work the same as the Bissell. This steam cleaner at heats the water and creates steam within 30 seconds of turning it on- which has been a game changer. Definitely a great purchase after getting a new puppy.

Needed to get some stains out of our couch (coffee) and this did the job! I also used it in my car and on the carpet floor. It's great for spot cleaning and amazing how well it performs.
