    Bought this to clean our sofas that got dirty throughout the years with our dog and kids. There was one bog dark stain on our beige sofa in particular that bothered us, it had been there for at least a year. After just one use, stain came right out. Product works!

    Machine works well and lifts some surpriseing stains. I would give 5 stars, but the steam is not hot enough and just blows hot water all over.

    Really like the product but you should know that the photos are a little misleading, The product received, and it says i ordered this product, did not include the wheels and or the hose cleaning attachment. The instructions say some models may not include those parts, but the photo leads you to think you will.
