Cleans well, used on chairs and couch and was suprised on the results. Easy to use . Great tool to have around.

Used for small jobs around rhe house (spills on the couch, dirt on the rug-- those of you with kids know what I mean). It does a pretty good job with those things. Only reason for four stars is that it doesnt have a ton of suction and sometimes requires me to go over things multiple times for a perfect finish.

This is a must have. If you've ever spilled anything on a carpet, you need it. Add it to the list of things you can't live without, like your microwave oven. Especially great if you have pets. You know they always run to the carpet when they need to throw up!

very few products do what they say. this is a great little spot cleaner and saved my area rug on more than one occasion and cleans my sofa to boot. I dont use it more than 2 or 3 times a year but I would have replaced my rug already if i didnt own this.

Item wasnt too bad, it cleaned well and was super easy to use, very light weight and portable. My issue i had was it didnt suck up enough water. I understand its not going to pick up 100% of the water it lays down, but it was only picking up about half of what it was putting down.

My dog decided to throw up in the only carpeted room of my house. We tried to clean it but, rhe smell was still awful and there was a big stain. After one treatment with the little green pet both the smell and the stain were gone.

This is a great product. It cleans really well with a little effort to use it, in terms of scrubbing. The one thing I don't like about this machine is that its super loud and just unberable to turn on. Granted that's not a huge factor in terms of my overall experience with this product. I do like that it has various attachments and the potential for more through the manufacturer. For me this machine is light to carry around my home. The capacity of both tanks is also impressive. This portable shampooer cleaned better than my 3K Rainbow system with its portable shampooer attachment, and that machine only comes with one thin layer of scrubbing brushes whereas this bissell comes with 2 different types of brushes and a spraying crevice tool. I would recomment this to anyone, as long as they can tollerate the machine noise.

My wife is pleased about this little powerful cleaner.what o don't like it is the noise.it is very loud.

It cleaned the seats of my car very well. The suction power is excellent. I definitely recommend it. Plus, the price is very reasonable.
