i bought this when i got a puppy and it has managed to do everything that it advertises. Pros: - Good suction and scrub brush - Easy to transport and containers remove with ease - Great at removing stains - Long run time. One tank can last a couple of uses Cons: -It can be heavy when all liquid is loaded

Easy to use, and does a better job than my previous Bissel spot remover. Also, much easier to properly clean the dirty water collection side.

Worked better then expected. Made my cars seats and floor look clean and new again. It does take some time to get it done, so need to set aside time for the task, but it’s very simple to understand how it works and do it right from the get go.

I'm a huge fan of this little machine. It's lightweight and easy to use but cleans effectively. I've used it to tackle a variety of messes, including dirt from high-traffic areas, food stains from around the dining room table, and everyday drips and spots. I don't have a pet but I am a mom and I don't know how I managed before without this.

Product has done exactly what i bought it for. It works really well, i used it on a throw rug and soaked it with the sprayer. After sucking all the liquid off the rug almost felt like it was already dry. Really impressed he the power of the suction on this device.

So far so good ! Does exactly what it’s intended to do, great suction power nearly leaves the carpet dry ( use hot water). Tried it on my stairs did a great job ! Don’t hesitate to buy.

Works like a charm and it's not big and bulky ! I used it for my new pups on our carpets. It cleaned the new AND the old stains. We used it on our beige sofa too and it made it lighter by a few shades. We used it on our car seats too and it can do it all. It is a little loud. I could not use it when my husband was working (works from home) but I love what it does.

Best little spot remover. Perfect for cleaning up after small spills, pet stains, or anything that you do not want to pull out a big steam cleaner or call the professional carpet cleaners out to clean. This is perfect if you have pets or are housebreaking a dog. It has saved my carpet while housebreaking my puppy!

This works very nicely and has great suction however, two down falls are that it is very loud so definitely not something you can do while a baby sleeps. And lastly I wish it kept the water hot like their previous models did but all in all it is a great product.

Happy with this unit, made my black couch look like new. We have 3 dogs and 6 black cats.. we didn't know how dirt couch was and it dryed in about 2 hours which i thought was kind of quick because once i saw how dirty the tank got, i refilled it around 4 or 5 times. I thought it was possibly the black dye but when i dump waste water it was filled with hair and sand. So happy i cleaned another floral couch that we keep out of reach of out little babies and to my surprise after i was done it looked great. My choice to purchase this particular unit was made by many reviews on youtube and other then a short cord an extension cord fix that. I have recommended to many family and friends..i would let them borrow it but most live to far away..hope this helps ..good luck!

I love it. Great for pet messes. Sucks up everything

Easy enough for a kid to use. We just got a puppy and my 9yo insists on cleaning up accidents just for the opportunity to use this thing. You would never know the spot or stain was there, cant see or smell it.

I use this sometimes to clean up after my cat has an accident. It does the job. In order to prevent oder, you will need to run a cycle of soapy water and wash the components after each use.

Works like a champ. Light and easy to use. I love it. Carpet smells wonderful and it’s so clean.

I have a small dog with an obsession to licking the couch. This and two boys does leave my couch pretty dirty so when it came time to clean the whole couch with this machine, I really wasn’t expecting super results. However this machine totally blew away all of my expectations. The machine brought the couch back to great shape and picked up every spot of dirt and stain that it came across. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle of the liquid that goes with the machine as it helps clean and makes the fabric smell great afterwards.

Small but mighty !! Works awesome, easy to use and light to carry

Small portable and works well. I use it for cleaning cars. Great for this and spot cleaning. Plenty of suction and the cleaning chemicals work well too. I'd recommend this unless you need to clean a large area, like and entire room.

Was our ol’ faithful. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because it’s kinda difficult to clean and since it’s older, replacement parts are hard to find. Just upgraded to the steam clean one when this one kicked the bucket and I’m in love with it!
