    When I first purchased this item, It was a very powerful vacuum cleaner but now it's losing it's power It doesn't pick up really good anymore

    This is the worst vacuum is the worst I have ever purchased. It looks nice but does not have any suction power. The only thing great about this vacuum is the light on it. It has absolutely no suction power. The crevice tool is horrible. I held high hopes on this purchase. I just unboxed it and proceeded to vacuum It did not do a good job… no suction power at all. After I spent a long time trying to clean the floors. I ended up digging out my old one to actually clean the floors. I even spent weeks comparing vacuum cleaners. Do not waste your hard earned money on this one. I am heart broken to think my money was spent on this. Now I still need a new vacuum. This brand new one is not even worth giving away. What a let down!

    The Good: Great suction. Lifts off easily to clean the machine. The Bad: It's super loud. The head gets jammed every few months and needs to be taken completely apart. The hose is springy and tight, making it impossible to stretch it out without knocking the entire machine over when trying to use the attachments. The cord comes out near the bottom of the machine so it's constantly getting stuck under the vacuum or getting run over and cut by the head. Did I mention it's SUPER LOUD? I was so disappointed with this vacuum! I cannot wait for it to break so that I have an excuse to by another SHARK!

    I bought this Bissell for my Mom, and she loves it! It's light weight, so easy for her to carry up and down the stairs. The LED lights are amazing too.
