This definitely improves the removal of pet stains. I have 3 cocker spaniels with varying degrees of "housebrokenness". So my Spot Bots are in frequent use- adding this product improves the removal of pet stains with less effort.

I had this item shipped to my house with the Spot Bot Carpet Cleaner. Even though they taped the lid, it leaked all over the box and was completely empty when I received it. Best Buy is too far to return. Waste of money.

This makes the spotbot much more effective in cleaning, though you use a significant amount of Oxy GEN per cleaning cycle, so will use something like 5 times faster than the detergent. Would be great if this was available in larger / better value bottles.
