I liked the ease of use for this vacuum and the attachments provided, however, it stopped working after a year. It won't charge more than a tiny bit (not even enough to vacuum a crumb) and seems like a hassle to try to replace it.

Another "GREAT BUY" from "BEST BUY"...can't go wrong with this "mini" Pet Eraser...handy, lightweight, and does the job on-the-go...take it anywhere and everywhere and it gets the job done. You can't go wrong with this one...outshines and outperforms the competition, and add a BEST BUY PRICE, this "mini" will do a "maxi" job for you!

I needed a new hand vac the bissell works as stated.

I purchased this vacuum so that I would be able to vacuum my stairs easier. After using this vacuum for about an hour the battery started to fade. It also takes about 5 hours to recharge. It still works very well but just for short intervals

I had a previous model and loved it. I have to say this one works great as well

With the sales rep, we compared some different brands, and this one seemed to have the best power and attachments. I wish it was a little slimmer to fit into tighter palces.

I returned two previous small vacs before buying this one. Each seemed reliable, but the amount of time they would run before needing recharging was very short. This vac is meant for small jobs. It runs longer than the others I tried, but still only runs for 15 minutes exactly before recharging. Wish the product would run longer, but better than most. Bissell does make Reliable products.

This does an excellent job of picking up the pet hair on my sofa

Bought this to replace an old dust buster. This picks up more pet hair than our upright vacuum and now we are going to get the full version of this Pet Eraser! It is easy to clean, and works like magic.

I like the product and the brand, what I do not like is that it does not have a bracket or wall mount. I need to plug it in and leave it on the floor or shelf. Would have liked a wall mount to come with it.

My wife could not be more happy with this vacuum she use it almost every day and she always is saying how powerful it is and how light and easy to handle for her that is essential.

Powerful but battery does not last long enough to clean whole inside car (Corolla). I also use it in my apartment for corners and places my big carpet vacuum cleaner does not fit.

This is a great vacuum, but the battery life is very sub par. I almost think it’s a defective model. I’ve been in contact about trying a replacement.

an absolute necessity if you have multiple dogs whose fur gets everywhere. Lightweight, but good suction, and great at getting into those hard to reach places.

Got this for my wife. She absolutely loves it it's easy to use goes in the hard to get places and actually does a good job picking the dirt up off the floor.

Works really well on all types of surfaces. Great with pet hair. Attachments come in handy. Use it inside and on car interiors. Highly recommend it!

I found this product to be pretty good for the cost. I have owned other brands in the same price range and this one was probably the best. I felt like it took longer before it lost its suction potential. Like the others however, it did pretty much died on me at about 1 year. For the money, I would buy it again!

While this vacuum does its job when its working, I can't get the battery to run more than a couple minutes! I'm happy with the power and suction but having to rush to clean something is annoying, plus it takes a couple hours to fully charge in between. If you are a quick cleaner I guess this is for you.

Small and powerful,it gets up the dog hair. Doesn't take up much space so it's perfect for the RV

I honestly purchase this thing to replace a dustpan. I use it to clean my kitchen floors and it's wonderful and easy and convenient.
