This vacuum worked for great for 3 years and then wasn't suctioning well. The brush didn't get hair stuck in it until recently. The wand didn't extend very far and fell out of it's holster often. It does not have a retractable power cord so be prepared to lasso it around the handle. Initially, it did pull up a lot of dust and hair but failed in the longevity department.

We had a shark before this and were deciding between this, a top model shark or a dyson animal. We have a golden retriever with long hair. We LOVE it. Haven’t had to cut hair off the brush once (an every use occurrence with the shark). It was shocking how much this picked up after we had just vaccumed with the shark.

Our dog has long hair and sheds like crazy and we have to vacuum every two to three days. Our other vacuum broke and by the time we purchased this one we had more hair than usual around the house. On the first go-round his hair got caught up in the roller and caused it to freeze, but it still worked after we got it untangled. The vacuum has been working great ever since.

This is a very solid, high powered vacuum. I really enjoy using it. It works great for pet hair, and it is easy to use!

This vacuum picks up hair like no other. I’ve tried so many different vacuums that would only work for a short amount of time. But this one is very strong and sturdy. But one thing I noticed is it is quite heavy, not too heavy, but heavier than just a regular vacuum. Still great though!

The swivel and cord length makes for easy reach with minimal effort. The one difficulty we’ve had is that sometimes it’s hard to get it to lean. Also the tangle free roll is only about 80% tangle free, but all in all a great vacuum with powerful suction!

We have 2 cats a long grain carpet, thus need for a machine that can do an almost industrial job. Suction and brush roller have separate switch, so for our extra long threat under sofa and bed carpet it can be off. Bit heavy and difficult to use on the stair so no 5 stars

All of the functionality, power, and value of a Dyson animal at a fraction of the price. Additionally, this vacuum has a suction bleed valve, so that you will never again be told by customer support that your carpet is "incompatible" with your carpet (looking at you, Dyson).

After struggling with a crappy stick and then canister vacuum... this is a dream to clean with. Works amazingly for pet hair and long human hair; with the big roller, it doesn't get stuck like other vacuums. The liftoff is great for the stairs and the attachments work nicely on the couch and vents.

This vacuum is easily the best one I've ever used. We have two cats (one long-haired) not to mention 3 girls in the house and no hair gets stuck on the roller! I love how it glides side to side unlike most vacuums. I also love how you can take off the canister to vacuum the stairs; it makes it SO much easier!

Gets up all the dog hair, my hair and lots of debris. My home feels very clean after using this vacuum cleaner. I like that it has a rotating head as it reaches a lot of places without having to use the attachments. So easy to use on my steps! I am very happy with this product and a great value!

Great vacuum, lots of power, easy to empty out the the dust collected in the canister. The greatest thing is that my wife and daughter's hair doesn't get stuck in the roller. The roller also doesn't get bogged down or stops when vacuuming our thicker pile rugs.

Vacuums really well, makes carpet look so much better. Also freshens the carpet with scented filter. Only complaint is the vacuum is really loud, but suction is awesome.

The vacuum really picks up well and I like the no clog bristles. My only complaint is that it is a little heavy to haul up and down steps in my house.

Happy to have purchase this vacuum pet hair eraser as I have an Australian Shepard, when he sheds it can get pretty bad. This vacuum hasn't disappointed me any bit, only thing I would do is get more attachments because the ones that comes with it isn't enough. The pet grooming hair attachment is also a plus which you can use it to groom your dog or you can use it on any surface where pet hair may be(which is everywhere haha). Price is good where its at, just wish it came with more attachments.

Very pleased with it. Very light weight and easy to use. Gets all of the dogs hair. Very easy to clean up after use.

We have Dyson vacuumes and thought nothing could compare. This vac’s best feature is it’s two in one. Other best is the fabreeze filter. Last but not least so simple to empty. We recommend this and we have several huskies

A very powerful machine with plenty of suction. Works well on carpet and tile as we have both in the house. It is a little louder than I would like, but it functions well.

If you have pets, you need this vacuum! It is lightweight, easy to use and works wonders for pet hair! The attachments are easy to maneuver and rearrange when needed!
