The people were curious and polite! I’m having an issue with the vacuum, but it’s not Best Buy’s problem. I will contact Bissell. The easy release, to empty the container, is not easy and gets stuck. I have to use both hands instead of the East release button and it usually gets dirt/dust all over me.

Great vacuum for the price

We have four SHEDDING kids lol, and this unit keeps up great, only thing I would change is the nozzle for the hose, I liked the older, slant tip much better than the new style this one comes with. Other than that it works great, the lights on it really actually help seeing dirt and hair on hard surfaces too.
