I bought this because I got tired of our Dyson always clogging up. I will never buy Dyson again. Right now I am in an apartment and this works well for my space.

Bought this 2020.. the pegs on the wand have already broken which leaves the vacuum not usable.. I honestly never even knew the wand came out, but now that the pegs have broken, it doesn't stay in. Anytime you try to move the vacuum the wands comes out. Very frustrating that a $200 vacuum couldn't last even 2 years.

Love this vacuum, except that the hand hose is so tight that it tips over the vacuum instead of pulling out.

I have two Golden's and have used a Dyson animal in the past but had to constantly unclog the brush. This vacuum I have not had that issue.

This vacuum is ideal for having pets! I have cats that she’s like crazy and this picks up all the hair! Would recommend for anyone.

Really like this vacuum cleaner so far! First impressions out of the box are that it was easy to assemble and is well built but not super heavy though going up stairs with it might be tough for some. Key features that I like that stand out to me: -The roller is designed to deal with pet hair so it's easy to remove and clean up. Not only that it does a better job of picking up hair than my other vacuum. -The handle!! So cool that you can remove it as an extension instead of having just a dangling hose like other uprights do. Very cool and makes it easier to use the attachments for those hard to reach places. Not only that, it saves you from bending over so much. The hose with the handle is long enough to help reach to places and do stairs. -Swivel base! Nice feature to have because it makes the machine roll around easier and keeps the vacuum on the floor with the right pressure in the right areas. -You can turn off the floor brush which is important for those times when you want it off or if you're going over a soft rug or hardwood floors. -Easy to empty canister! I like how this canister empties with one button and it's straight down so there's no mess and dust from emptying is minimized! -The on board attachments are easy to use with the removable handle. The only thing I wish it had was an actual motorized power head instead of a vacuum driven one. -Scented filter, is washable and is a nice touch to have the Febreeze scent! -LED Lighting on the crevice tool - awesome and well thought out as it comes in handy in those hard to see places. This vacuum definitely has the right amount of suction to get a good deep clean. Overall, it's a nice machine and I'd definitely recommend it for any home with pets as it does a wonderful job picking up pet hair without tangling up on the roller.

We love this vacuum. So easy to maneuver, even over carpeting. Does a great job of cleaning. Would love more tool accessories.

We have two German shepherds and this vacuum is great for pet hair. It’s small and maneuvers well around furniture. We use it every other day!

My previous vacuum cleaner was a lot like this one and lasted for about 9 months before the brush roll needed to be cleaned. After I cleaned the brush roll, the vacuum cleaner stopped working right. My hope with this one is that since the brush roll is supposed to be tangle free this will not be a problem. Either way, I won't be able to determine that for quite some time. I do like how easy this was to put together, that it has the Febreze filter, it has a long cord, the suction is quite powerful, the tank release is easy, and it has the ability to go from suction for thin carpet to suction for plush carpet. I especially like the ability to change the suction because I have one floor of my house with very plush carpet while the other floor has carpet with less plushness. However, the Febreze filter is probably the best part of the vacuum cleaner because I think it is the one thing that really stands out. It isn't a necessity by any means but it is something that is not available on every vacuum. However, putting the Febreze filter in is the most difficult part of assembly. The issue isn't getting the filter in but getting the lid back on the part of the vacuum that it goes in. It is difficult to line up properly and took several times to get it in correctly so I could lock it in place. Overall, it is a good vacuum cleaner that works well. Only time will tell if the tangle free brush roll works as I expect.

Not a lift away. Review ------ Assembly - very easy, no tools needed. everything clicks into place once you read through the instructions. Once put in place, its sturdy, stands by itself without support. The Cord winds correctly in place. Operation - Its simple, its a vacuum and everyone knows how to use it. Now, its got a turn-on/off switch on the roller which is great because i do not like to turn it on when cleaning rugs. The design is pretty good, i really liked the tangle free design of the roller. I do not have pets but we always shed hair and when you vacuum the floor, they always get stuck and i always have to use a scissor to cut these out on a regular basis. With this design, i am expecting that i do not need to. So far that's been the case. LED on the vacuum is very helpful at times when you are vacuuming at night. Interestingly the crevice tool also has an LED! I think its a good looking good suction vacuum, the only question is, is it a tad expensive?

Light weight easy to move around cleans very good and I like the light on it I already recommended it to my family to buy for themselves

This was my "upgrade" after purchasing a lower priced Hoover, that did not work. I thought this one would outperform the Hoover, since it is a better brand and it costs almost double. It is OK, but the suction is not that great. The design is decent and easy to use, but could use an extension tube for the accessory hose. Good but not great.

Excellent vacuuming ability. I have another vacuum that is more expensive, The Pet Hair Eraser out performs my more expensive vacuum every time.

Loveeeeeee it!!! Picks up great everytime I use it, And also I have alottt of hair so when I brush it out...yeahhhh it picks up great!

This vacuum performs pretty well for the lower end price. It picks up all my German shepherds fur and dust.

Pet or human hair doesn't get rapped around the drum. Like the ability to turn drum on and off.

I like the fact that hair doesn't get wrapped around the beater bar.

i bought this and used it for less than a yr and then started to mess up i return it for a shark

This review is based on a house with tile / wood floors that have 3 indoor cats and a large lazy dog. Out of the box I was impressed, the vacuum comes partially assembled and takes minutes to finish assembly and have it up and running. There are 3 attachments, that work directly on the hose or attached to the wand. Sadly there isn't storage on the vacuum for all 3 attachments. I wanted to get the full pet hair exterminator experience, so I went ahead an installed the included Febreeze filter. I found it to be overpowering while using the vacuum, however it leaves the room with a pleasant scent, and the good news is that this is an optional filter, for those who don't prefer it. The vacuum has 2 switches on the body, one for power, and the other for roller on (carpet) or off, then on the handle there is a switch to adjust for low or high carpet. At first glance the vacuum is noticeably sturdy but not heavy, the cord especially, and the canister has a unique design so you aren't required to open it to pull animal hair out by hand every time you dump it. This is one of my favorite features, as I no longer have to spend tons of time cleaning out the canister. This one fully empties when you open the bottom. To use the vacuum, turn it on, to get suction you have to tilt back the handle and you're off. The suction is far better than expected, and I'd estimate one of the best ones in this price category based off of other vacuums I own. I was so impressed with the suction and ease of use with the hose, that I used it to clean my dryer vents and it did far better than my more expensive vacuum. The attachments are a lit crevice tool, a motorized brush, and a dusting brush. These are standard tools and work as expected. I was surprised that I liked the LED light on the crevice tool, having the extra light provides the ability to see under the couch or in the pet bed areas the make sure all of the hair is cleaned up. Overall I give it 5 stars for functionality, this is NOT an under-powered vacuum. My only complaint is that the third attachment doesn't have a holder on the vacuum.
