This vacuum lived up to its advertisement. It works well on both bare floors and carpets. It is easy to use and the bagless version, which I have, is very simple to empty without any dust flying around. We have a dog and the vacuum does a good job on picking up the hair.

This Pet Hair Eraser turbo plus vacuum is light enough to move around smoothly on your carpet yet powerful enough to pick up all the cat hair and dog dander you can find and some you can't find. Easy empty and put back on canister is a definite plus

I am in love with this vacuum!!! This is my first ever Bissell purchase, I have long been a devoted Hoover fan, until now. The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo easier removes stubborn pet hair from my carpet, the brush roll is AMAZING, there is never, ever any hair tangled in it, and the canister is great since I don't have to touch the yuck to empty it (I do have to give it a slight tap to loosen it however, this is a minor inconvenience when compared to others that I had to stick my hand up in the canister to release the yuck). Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend this vacuum, especially to homes with pets. I actually look forward to vacuuming now!!!

This vac is heavy duty but the weight is manageable to take up and down stairs. Has a great swivel motion on base which makes vacuuming a breeze (I hate vacuuming!) and a detachable pole to easily get in and out of hard to reach places (even higher places like on top of curtain rods/blind mounts). The pet hair remover (brush) attachment works great. Easy to empty canister. I use this on carpeted rooms, hardwood floors, tile floors and area rugs. I am looking to purchase another one to give to my mom.

Vacuum is pretty light in weight and has great suction. It sucks up dog hair very well. Is a great vacuum for under $200.

Okay, a pandemic is just starting and my Hoover stops working. No repair places so I decided to get another vacuum cleaner. Best Buy was by appointment only. Did a little research and walked out with the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser. Love. Easy to use. As for the Hoover (well finally figured out what the issue was -- nothing serious so now I have 2 vacuums. The Bissell is lighter and easier to use on stairs.

Assembly was straight forward. Love that it's very light weight very powerful.

This vacuum is perfect for keeping up with dog hair from a Golden Retriever. It’s easy to empty and has good accessories. The only thing that I found annoying is when using the hose and replacing it back it was easy to snap off a crucial piece of equipment to keep it together. We had to exchange for a new one. So far no problems with this one

I had another version of a pet hair eraser vacuum that was fairly brand new. Unfortunately, the belt snapped and, due to the current economic situation, I could not find a replacement belt for my vacuum them which I like. So, I purchased this one in its place. I was planning on using it until I was able to get another belt for my other vacuum (since I was happy with the 1st vacuum, I still planned on keeping it and, maybe giving this vacuum away to a family member, or maybe selling it). Change of plans! This vacuum, it gets everywhere the other vacuum doesn't. It's lighter, the tools are more accessible, the brushes glide more easily over both my hardwood floors and deep, piled carpet (previous vacuum was a struggle to get over even though it worked well), From the lightweight frame, detachable canister vacuum for extended tool use beyond reach of the cord, ability to turn the brushes on and off, super flexible Dyson-like ball hinge, to the LED lights on the attachments so you can see what you are vacuuming, and everything in between; I'm never giving this up! I absolutely love this vacuum and would recommend it for sure. Great value for the price.

We bought this vacuum to use on our new carpet. The bristles are gentle enough to prevent damage to the new carpet, which is a huge plus. To date it operates easily and has kept picked up everything on the first go over. This keeps us from going over the same spot multiple times. One downside is how it moves on the carpet. Definitely get your arm workout, which is not a bad thing.

Great vacuum definitely one of my favorites. The brush works 85% better than any other brush iv used on pet flooring not all the jair is off of it but compared to other vacuums its not as much a hassle. Great suction on floors and light weight. Need to break in the hose I think its to tight so every little pull pulls the vacuum over other than that a great buy.

It is so lightweight, easy to use. Works great on pet hair.

Easy to use, a little heavy to move around but it's great with picking up messes. Sometimes vacuum will have issues picking up certain messes like small particles but overall it is a great purchase. Plus it leaves an amazing scent from the febreeze filters I thought that was a bonus. Great vacuum for pets and apartment living.

It is much louder than the one we had. This is “Made in China” and it shows. The suction is good. The plastic carry handle secured by a screw...I avoid using carrying it by the handle!. My last Bissell’s, which was one year new, had a suction problem...it simply quit.

This vacuum is one of the best vacuums I’ve purchased. We tend to vacuum a lot and tend to use a lot of vacuums and none have been like this one. I love the fact that the strings don’t get stuck to the roller. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. I would recommend this vacuum especially is you are someone that vacuums a lot.

So, needed a new vacuum. Found this one on sale and took the chance. It has exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe the amount of dog hair that it picked up on the first use. I was amazed. It continues to impress me. My last vacuum would not raise the carpet back up, but this one makes the carpet feel am look like new.
