Does a great job on carpets. Does well on hard floors, but not as well as it does on carpet. The suction control is a little frustrating. I never know what setting to have it on. It seems like you should have it full power at all times.

I wish I bought this sooner. I have a corgi lab mix dog and he’s an aggressive shedder. My old vacuum couldn’t keep up. I absolutely love the tangle free brush roll. It cleans up dog hair with a breeze and it’s light weight! Perfect

I have three pets and I love how lightweight it is and it took me a few tries to get used to the swivel but now it is so easy to maneuver it around things and to switch hands. It is also easy to empty and easy to clean. Great buy

There are other vacuums 2-4 times the price of this one! Glad I decided to try it! It picks up dog hair great as this is exactly what I needed a new vacuum for! Only had it for a few weeks but sucks up dog hair like nobody’s business! Hope it lasts!

BEST VACUMM YET! we have gone through 3 dysons and this one is by far my favorite!!! we love it. we have 3 dogs and this cleans up all the hair and has an awesome filter. I always recommend it to all my clients.

Love it! It really does the work! From cleaning my carpet and my wooden floor. I love the fact it cleans my carpet and sucks up really deep. Can’t believe all the dust and dirt that came out of my carpet. So embarrassing

We have a wonderful big dog, who sheds. A lot. We also live in a desert. Every day is a constant battle against hair and dust, but with the Bissell, we're winning. Plus Bissell donated money to a dog rescue as part of our purchase.

Do I think this could be stronger? Yeah, probably a little. But overall I’ve had no complaints. Easy to use, easy to empty, and gets the job done. For the price, this is a good deal.

The basic vacuum is great. It really did well getting pet hair and dirt/dust out of old carpet. It is easy to empty the the dirt container, but hard to get the dirt residue out of it. I have not tried the accessories yet.

I really like my Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Upright Vacuum. The only thing I don't like is the placement of the cord, which is located on the bottom right. It picks up all the dog hair, and I have a lot!!

Our business is processing dog hair. It gets all over the place. When our old vacuum broke we looked for a better alternative. The Bissell promised it would handle per hair better, and it does! Its good to see a product perform as promised.

Very impressed so far. This picked up so much hair that the previous vacuum wasn’t getting. Love the tangle-free roller - used to have to cut tangled hair off the roller once per use on the old vacuum.

Great buy, happy there is a warranty because we use this every other day. We own a lab and he sheds a ton of hair and this gets the job done. The attachments help vacuum stairs..

I am IN LOVE WITH THIS VACCUM. It was time for an upgrade and choose this one. I love how it picks up allll the hair, anything pretty much , easy to clean, and i dont think ill go back !

The dust basket is hard to clean out and the area where you wind the electric cord is hard to get to for those with back problems. The vacuum does do a great job on my carpets.

Vacuum has decent suction at a moderate noise level. Pivoting head is smooth and goes where you point it. My issues with this vacuum are such: hose is too short. I literally have to pick the vac up to clean my couch cushions. My other gripe is that the pet hair revolving brush attachment doesn't have a storage place on the unit. Who does this? Overall I would say it's just an average vacuum. No better than the $100 Bissell it replaced. I would look at the Shark line for a removable canister and longer hose for similar money.

Well...so much to say. This Vacuum is awesome...I did a lot research on vacuums like it was a hobby...this affordable powerful unit does so much for keeping pet hair down. I have a Bassett Hound and a large Golden Retriever...the wife has terrible allergies to the hair of both dogs...this vacuum did wonders over getting the pet hair that our old vacuum left. The turbo had attachment is great too! Way more powerful than I expected it to be...our carpets and furniture have never been cleaner! Would definitely recommend and the price is slightly more than regular powered vacuums but it is absolutely worth it...and the price is not bad on top of that.

This is the BEST. If you're dealing with pet hair look no further than this vacuum. I've finally found one that does what it says it will do. Bissell is the one for me!!

Love this vacuum! Picks up way more pet hair than my more expensive vacuum and it doesn’t tangle up with the longer pet hair. Pomeranian sheds like crazy so this Vacuum helps clean it up.

I bought one of these for my home where we have 4 pets. I like it so much I bought another one for my Mom to use at her house on the lake. Lightweight enough for older person to use easily.
