this vac will make cleanup a snap, very easy to maintain, and clean up is a snap. love to never have to clean my brushroll

This is an easy to use, lightweight quality product. It immediately cleans so well and got up so much dirt and dust i didn't even see.

Works great on my wood floors and carpeting. The attachments are very helpful to clean my fabric couch and other hard to reach areas.

Picks up so much hair! I vacuumed with my old vacuum, than vacuumed with this one and I filled up the entire canister

Bought it mostly because of Pet Hair; in the short time that we have use it, it works good. Happy with the product thus far.

This vacuum has been a very good purchase. Picks up great and the long cord is nice not to have to keep changing sockets.

Is a good vacuum for the price. Design seems to be built pretty solid, and not cheap feeling when swiveling around things. Easy to clean as well

Con - does not work on hard surfaces - period. Hose & attachments require lifting the entire unit, lighted reducer tip Lighted reducer tip is slightly bent meaning it's too wide to fit in places it should fit, likely to accommodate the battery(?) Spinning brush is easy to bind if you tilt the unit while navigating on carpet or on/off hard surface to runner carpets. Carrying the dirt container to the trash requires careful attention that it doesn't unscrew and re-deposit the dust-n-dirt... That was fixed by adding some tape to the inter-lock so it stays put Rug use, is okay, lighter than my 1950 Kirby but not much better at actually removing dust & dirt Roller brush can accumulate longish hair & threads Pro - thumb control to adjust suction takes skill but can be easily mastered for hard surface to runner rugs to avoid lifting & rolling, roller brush resists fur accumulation

Product is night and day difference from the old vacuum I had! Picks up a ton of stuff!

i love this vacuum! it's great at getting pet hair off the curtains and furniture. i also like that the roller is plastic.

I have 2 boxers and for a short haired dog they shed a lot. This keeps up with it no problem

After reading tons of reviews i opted for this Bissell vacuum and couldn’t be more satisfied! Great product and great price

This is a great vacuum for my hardwood floors and handles pet hair great. Easy to detach the hose to reach corners and under furniture.

This vacuum has great suction. My only regret is that I didn't notice that is did not have the retractable cord.

It gets the job done, I really like the attachments that come with the vacuum that help clean other tough to get areas, but I've experienced it once shredding my fabric couch. I was so sad. I also am at a point where a year and some change later, I have to take it in to get exchanged/repaired/dk because the suction is awful and it has become so awfully loud.
