The only negative I have so far is the design of the dump door. It's an inherent design flaw across many canister type vacuums. When the dump door (for lack of better names) is opened the dirt spills across the seal getting it dirty. You will need to wipe it off each time or it won't create a good seal and loose some suction.

Works Awesome on Pet Hair
