I don't have pets, I do have a girlfriend who sheds long hair like you wouldn't believe. This vac picks everything up and doesn't tangle.

I had a dyson for years and it did work well but this vacuum picks up the hair much better. Nothing gets wrapped around the brush bar and the other attachments work great too.

We enjoy using this vacuum, especially when doing its stated job of cleaning pet hair. Bissell is committed to pet lovers. Time will tell as to its durability, but for now it is great!

this vacuum for my wife to replace an older Bissell. She loves it, although, make sure all the connections are tight to get proper suction.

This vacuum works better than I expected. Picks up pet hair with ease! This is exactly what I needed. My only complaint is the length of the cord is insufficient.

I like it. It has good suction. The only thing I dont care for is trying to reach with the hose. Have to drag the whole vacuum with you but it works really well.

We have had this Bissell vucuum a couple of months and have had no problems with the unit. Cleans our rugs, floors and furniture very good. I highly recommend this vacuum.

Have been searching for years for a vacuum that has great suction & doesn't allow hair to wrap around the roller. So far, it sucks and no hair wrap!

Great vacuum for those with pets. All of the tools are extremely useful. I love that you can switch from the floor to the hose. Really helps with suction when using the hose.

The vacuum works as expected, just as any other vacuum. Twice now thou I have picked up a Marble or maybe a lego and it does not pass down into the cup. I have had to stop, take the dirt cup off and drop the object back out the way it went in. So that mean turn the dirt cup upside down and have it drop back out. Otherwise it make one heck of a racket as it spin around the top of the dirt cup. Sounds like you are in a war zone. I do like the ease of changing from carpet to bare floors and the extra knob on the side to make the wand work for getting in tight spots and up high.

This vacuum is the answer to all your per hair nightmares. I have tried several vacuums trying to remove pet hair from carpet, chairs, and sofa. This one can do it all

We've got an amazing golden retriever who sheds like it's an Olympic sport. This vacuujm is the only way that I can keep up with all of the hair. Get one!

Cleans good, good for vacuuming dog fur, easy to clean. The attachment for cleaning stairs is a little big, hard to get into corners.

Have 4 inside dogs and so much issue with dog hair so we invested in this Bissell Vaccum and it works very well, saves me so much time in cleaning due to hair

This is a lightweight easy to maneuver vacuum cleaner. It is one of the first to place emphasis to removal pet hair. It is easy to use.

This vaccum is pretty great! It doesn't clog up when it has to deal with long hair. He protec, he attac, but most importantly he succ.

I had a bit of trouble putting the machine together. It helped when they had pictures of what it liked. Works great. Not as heavy as I thought it would be.

Vacuum works great just hope it will last. I have had several pet vacuums that worked great at first so here is to hoping this one lasts.

Love the fact that hairs don’t tangle in the brush. Light weight and easy to move around. Lots of tools handy to use on board.

Our old vacuum cleaner finally died so we decided to foot the extra ducats and get a better machine. We have not been disappointed. It works very well :)
