It’s a Good vacuum. I bought basil brand before this but returned that as it was not performing well. This is better.

While it does not get EVERY LAST HAIR off furniture, it does ALOT better than any other vacuum I have used.....

I've had this for about a month and can say it really is a great vacuum. Everything works as described, the turbo handle is awesome! Have contemplated Dyson for years but couldn't justify spending that kind of money, while I haven't ever used one, I cannot imagine it could be any better than this. I also found this vacuum for less locally and as always Best Buy price matches which is great. I would highly recommend for people with pets or those that just want a great vacuum.

I have old carpet with short, dense pile. The most important feature for me on a vacuum is the carpet adjustment dial. I have to use a vacuum with a "dial" and so many do not include it today. With 2 dogs and 4 cats in my home, I vacuum frequently. This vacuum is awesome! It really gets the hair and dirt out of my carpet! The dirt bin empties as advertised, and the bush roller is tangle-free. I am so happy--best vacuum I've owned!

I tried a different vacuum from a competitor online that made a lot of promises. It constantly alarmed that it was full when it was not and needed the filter constantly cleaned. We got no resolution from them, so we came back to Best Buy and got a better vacuum with a better service department for questions and returns. However we needed no return, quality is great! Moral? Don't cheap out, and go with the company that you can trust. Best Buy is more than just high tech!

It works great on dog hair and the beater bar stays clean. It keeps all of the dust in the machine as I vacuum and the canister is easy to release when I am emptying it. The only issue I have is that you have to switch the suction to the wand when you want to use it and the wand hose is short. When you want to reach something such as stairs you have to have the base pretty close to you the whole time.
