Great vacuum cleaner. Brush tips somewhat difficult to switch out. Attachments in general are very odd and don't feel like slide on correctly. Very easy and clean vin dumping.

This vacuum picks up more hair than any vacuum I have ever owned. My only complaint is I wish it had a longer hose but beacause it picks up my dogs hair so well I don't care.

The BISSELL PET HAIR ERASER truly takes care of all the different flooring types that my dogs and cat travel. It is also a super cleaner of the cloth furniture and the inside of my vehicle.

The versatility of this is great. Simple dial turn for adjustable height for various types of floors. Tools are easy to get to and the hose is much better than the dyson we use to have.

Easy to maneuver, thinner head which makes it easy to vacuum in tighter spots. The only thing I don't like about this vacuum is the cord isn't self rewinding.

I have 3 labs who are constantly shedding. Excellent product for the price! Would totally recommend even if you don't have pets and works great on hardwoods floors.

We bought this vacuum on sale and couldn't be happier. We have two dogs and five cats. While we DO have to clean the roller, it is quite simple without having to disassemble the vacuum.

LOVE it. Have 3 cats two girls in house, it picks up hair and does not get tangled like other products. Picks up so much stuff and easy to dump. LOVE it best vacuum I have had!!!!

After seeing a number of infomercials on the Bissell Pet Hair eraser, I decided to step up a notch or so from the vacuum cleaners I had previously been buying (assorted brands - they all had one thing in common: they'd only last a year) and try the Bissell. It was being presented as being specifically designed to pick up pet hair. I thought this might be just the trick for my family and its furry friends. The build quality seemed good and it appeared to be well designed. So far, so good. But, when I plugged it in and ran around the carpet, it immediately became apparent that it wasn't going to do the job. Now, I fully appreciate that decibel level is no indicator of power, although in this case it was... it sounded pretty pathetic and did not pick up well at all. I took it back and exchanged it, plus a not insignificant cash difference, for a high-end vacuum you've all heard of. I never thought I'd buy one, but there was no where else to go except up, so... The jury is still out on the pricey one, but it's already much better than the Bissell. It's a shame, because I REALLY did want to like the Bissell.

It doesn't seem as powerful as I thought it would be on cat hair. Be sure to turn on the brush feature, which helps some.

This vacuum is absolutely AMAZING! We have 2 large GSD that shed a ton and it does a great job picking up all the hair! Would definitely recommend to all pet owners

Loved it at first but had the red light of death. Luckily had the GSP and they replaced it. Ended up getting a Dyson in the exhange

Many vacuums offer many functions so how do you pick one thats right for you? If your a pet owner then this is the one for you. At first glanced nothing looks too different versus other vacuum cleaners I've owned in the past. So lets talk about the good and the bad. The good: -Easy setup, nothing complicated to do everything just snaps in place. -Comes with with a febreeze filter as an add on. This is nice because lets say your having company over so you want to do a quick vacuum. You can take the regular air filter out (which by the way is a hepa filter, which is good for people with allergies) and replace it with a febreeze air filter. This filter emits a fresh sent which filled the whole house. My old vacuum did not offer this feature and over time it would actually start to emit a real musty smell. Also my old vacuum did not have a hepa filter so i would not vacuum when i knew people were coming over who had strong pet allergies. -Attachments. There are a couple of cool attachments. One being a nifty slim attachment with a built in light for getting along the edes of your furniture. This is perfect for pet owners of light haired animals. If you have a animal with light hair you know that sometimes it can be hard to see hair on hardwood floor sometimes. The added light makes it easier not to miss certain hard to see spots. You can scroll across the floor and the light will illuminate all the hair for you to easily pick up with the attachment. -Tangle free roller. This is a big upgrade for me. Everytime i would vacuum with my old cleaners i would have to cut or pull the hair out of the rollers when i was done cleaning. This is a main reason i hated vacuuming. With bissel they designed a roller that will not tangle. This is no joke, i have yet to see any hair get tangled and i have used this vacuum at least 5 times already. I understand this isnt very much usage but to not see a single strand tangled yet is impressive given how much hair most long haired animals can shed. -Easy cleaning. Emptying the dirt tank could not be easier. With my old vacuum all my pet hair would get pulled to the top of the tank and would not empty. I would then be forced to have to stick my hand in there and pull the rest out. The bissel dirt tank has something they call the cyclonic pet hair spooling system. Basically what this is, is tiny little spikes( plastic and not sharp, so dont worry) that sit near the top of the tank forcing the pet hair to stay low and keep spinning. When your done just hold the tank over a trash can and push the trap release button. Out comes all the hair and there is nothing you need to pull out. This design feature does what it was intended to do. The bad: -Weight. This one weighed in a little more than previous vacuums i have owned. Its nothing thats gonna require you to need a spotter but just something i noticed. Really thats about it. There isnt anything bad to say about this vacuum cleaner. This was geared for people who have pets and know the struggles of what long hair or short hair animals can do to your cleaning process.

This vacuum is a bit heavy and hard to maneuver but it does get the job done

So far so good, a couple months into owning, and she still has the same suction as day one. Nothing broken so far. Does eveything I need it too and more.

Great vacuum, my black lab sheds quite a bit and this gets most the fur of it out of carpet.

I love how easy this vacuum is to use and was shocked to see how much dog hair and dirt it pulls our of my carpet. It also works great on tile floors.

I three dogs and myself who sheds a lot of hair. This vacuum works great to pick it up without getting stuck on the bar. The smell good filter is a plus also!!

It is a great buy, specially with 3 cats. Our old vacuum die after 2 years and this one look like it had more features for pets so we grabbed it and it is awesome.
