I love this vacumn and find it does a GREAT job for me and my 4 felines! My original Pet Turbo Erasure attachment did not work and it was replaced. Customer Service was very nice however it took me a 1/2 hour of time to get to the root problem I knew at beginning of call. I had a hard time communicating with the CS rep. This could have been resolved in 5 minutes without checklist and communication barrier!

Cleans great! It adjusts to different heights of rugs and hard wood floors. Perfect addition to the house along with my new puppy (that creates lots of toy guts everywhere!)

+ easy to use, like the ball direction change and easy to discard dust and hair. Seems to do a good job getting up pet hair. - No retractable cord, seemed to miss some larger debris on the carpet, can be a little clunky to get around

I went in to buy a new Dyson, but was swayed by this Bissell. So far so good, and the price difference let me get a new game for my Xbox One, as well. Win-win. Dyson does clean deeper, but if you vacuum a couple times a week like me, it won't make much difference switching. It does a solid job of getting the hair up, like it says, but I only have one dog. Not sure how it would hold up in a house w more than 2.

We have a pet who sheds and this vacuum is perfect for the hair. It is easy to empty.

I would really have given 4.5 stars because the small roller bush got fur jammed around the axle first time out & took a while to remove & still wasn't able to get it all untangled, but it works fine. That and no extra extension for the wand are my only complaints. I rounded up to 5 ⛤ rating because the rest of the story is spectacular. I really like the powerful suction & swivel base which allows you to "steer" the vacuum like the Dyson Sphere for a lot less $$. Other bitchin' features include a lit crevice wand attachment, tangle free brush roller in the base AND wand attachment that really does keep fur from getting tangled around the brush roller, and let me tell you, my dog is Chow/Golden mix...he got some serious fur you could knit a sweater out of. It has a Febreeze pre-motor filter that kills pet odor and a "Cyclonic pet hair spooling system" that's a pretty trick piece of kit. There's a seperate switch which allows you to turn off the roller while you use the wand which will extend belt life. It's easy to see that a whole lot of thought went into this vacuum & as far as I'm concerned Bissell really outdid themselves with this product. Take all these features and tag it with a very reasonable price (I did get mine on sale) & you have a really big incentive to buy a new Bissell Pet Hair Eraser.

I've tried many brands of vacuums that are specific to pet hair. None of them compare to this one. It actually does what its suppose to. It picks up hair without tangling around the brush. I have 2 cats and two dogs so there's plenty of hair to test it. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets. Especially long haired pets.

This vacuum is awesome! I have only used it a couple of times so far but it seems to do what all the other reviews say. I really like how the rotating brush doesn't get hair tangled around it and I love that it is bagless and I just have to press a button to dump the stuff out without having to touch it. If you have a pet I would definitely recommend this vacuum!

This thing is awesome love it just don't forget to turn the dial at the bottom to change it back and forth from the hose to the floor vac. I thought something was wrong when it quit sucking stuff up after my husband used it to vacuum under the bed and he came back in and asked me if I changed it back to the vacuum part LOL.

As of this writing, we have had it for about a month. It took a little getting used to the way it swivels, but it is a pleasure to use. It seems well built and certainly does a fine job of sucking up pet hair. We have 2 dogs and a cat. Works pretty good on cockatiel feathers, too. The Febreeze air filter is a nice touch and leaves a fresh clean scent after vacuuming.

I am very pleased with the vacuum! Pleasantly surprised for such a great price. My vacuum broke and I was in dire need of a new one but on a budget. I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing, once I was in the store I researched the vacuums available and writhing my price range. This one is a winner for pet owners!
