My wife wanted this for cleaning up after or aging dogs. I like it a lot. It doesn’t stain the carpet like other cleaning products can and it’s easy to use. The spray nozzles takes a little practice of spraying on the mess, however, the cleaner does an excellent job of removing the liquid and mess. The container is easy to remove and dump. The unit is easy to clean. I’m glad I got this. Works well with people spills.

Very easy to use, love how portable it is instead of hauling my steam cleaner around. Only down side is the battery life. Dies around 25 mins of consecutive use.

Having 2 mini dachshunds who any owner knows are stubborn and difficult to housebreak. I've been scrubbing the carpet by hand to remove any surprises they leave me but the moment I saw the first commercial for this item I ordered it. It works great on the small to medium wet spots and I've even used it on the front of my sofa and love seat with success. Battery is about 15 minutes on 1 full charge which doesn't seem long but you won't be cleaning an entire room with this. I actually get multiple uses on 1 charge.

This little handheld stain vacuum is awesome! My fur baby loves to much up the floors, so this is a great little handheld for when that does happen. I gave it four stars though, because there were definitely not any directions in the box and I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to access the reservoir to fill the silly thing! Luckily with about an hour of youtube searching, I found instuctions!! Thank goodness for the internet! Other than the fact that mine didnt have instructions, it has been a very helpful addition to our household!

Having portability is great, and the suction is OK, but the unit leaked terribly. Having had other Bissell products, such as the upright ProHeat 2x Revolution and Little Green ProHeat, I'm aware of the suction power other plug in models offer, and this wireless one was pretty close, but was noticeably less powerful. Granted it was wireless and much smaller so I can't ding the score for that. It worked well for small messes, but did leave the carpet pretty damp. The battery life was good, It had a run time of about 30 min, which was enough for a few clean ups. The biggest gripe was the leaking. It would pick up the water and half of it would be deposited it the dirty water tank and the other half into the casing of the machine itself. It would start dripping water from the rear of the unit where the vent/air exhaust is. I'm not sure if it was defective, or a design flaw, but it was a deal breaker when I was finished cleaning, and when picking it up, would leak half of the dirty water back onto the carpet. I ended up returning it in favor of getting the newer Little Green ProHeat

Works well for small pet issues. I had to return one of these before because it leaked, so far so good with this one.

The Pet stain eraser works well enough if it is used for very small area. Recommend size a small seat cushion. Battery did not last long enough to clean a single car seat. I used a portable shop vac to finish vacuuming after the battery died. If you have pets that make alot of stains in small areas this would work well enough.

I bought this item because I have pets that sometimes get sick. I have to tell you that this product is the best purchase I've bought in a long time. It's easy to use...cleans up easy and in just a few minutes the mess is cleaned without dragging out my big Bissell Cleaner. I recommend this product (especially if you have pets).

It’s a vacuum...so it sucks...and that’s what it’s supposed to do. Works great of spots of pet messes. Just make sure to clean it all after

If it is more than a small stain then it runs dead fast, but for those small jobs its a great find.

I am pleased so far..it does clean up messes easily...easy to use but little on heavy side

I bought this to clean up a paint stain...it did a pretty good job. I know that isn't the intended use...but put a dent in the stain...I will probably go over it again a few times. The device is easy to use and does a good job.

I have bissell products before this is my first on hand held category. But the performance is not great. 1) Battery take long time for charge, but not last long when we start use. 2) Felt heavy so not able to use it even for shorter time period. 3) Suction is very average. Over all not expected this quality from Bissell.

Very nice machine and easy to operate. Charges quick and charge lasted longer than needed for cleaning an entire couch. A bit awkward doing the sides of couch, but only because of angle. It ended up doing an OK job, in my opinion. Have not tried on other items yet, so could just be the type of couch I was trying to clean. Happy with the purchase though. I did certainly notice a difference after couch dried

I have a you puppy in a new house... I know I feel sorry for me too lol. This carpet cleaner has been great. I’ve only been able to use it in small areas because the power drains quickly. Be prepared to charge often. It also leaks if you don’t triple check that it is sealed. It comes with two small bottles of the cleaning solution you will use one of these bottles per cleaning. Solution goes quickly

Easy to use. Cleans up easily. Does a good job on small spots.

Purchased to clean spots on the stairs and while the goal is achieved with this product, the battery doesn’t last long enough to complete the whole job at once. In addition, the soap tank has to be refilled frequently. Otherwise, great product, convenient, better than using the tool attachments on an upright shampooer.

I’m happy with this portable cleaner. Great for spot cleaning.
