Convenient, easy to use and does an awesome job for those small spills. Super to have if you own a pet.

Cleans very well it’s good if you have pets easy to use

This has been good for the puppy that we recently got while potty training. Only issue I have is The product seems to go fast.

I love all Bissell products but this one was a hit or miss. It got the job done but it leaked through the back... had to hold a towel so it wouldn't drip so much when it was sucking up the water or liquid stain. I just think I got a bad one.

Here's the deal, this product is for spot cleaning. And for that it is incredible! We have an 8 week old puppy who is having accidents on our carpet. They aren't big, but enough to where I would want something to help aside of a towel and a spray bottle. I was weary with all the reviews on this product but decided to give it a shot. I am glad I did. For small spots and stains this product is perfect. I don't except a deep and professional clean, just something for some light work. If you know what you're buying you won't be disappointed

I had high hopes for this thing and planned to put it to work regularly. It had other plans. Charge it for 4 hours and get about 7 minutes of use tops. It leaks from everywhere. What little suction it has isn’t enough to suck up even 1/4 of what it sprays out. You don’t know me but trust me, this is just a waste of your money and time. You’re better off dumping a bucket of soapy water on the carpet and using your shop vac.

This little gadget is very user friendly and works great!

Leaks a bit as well, but great if you can get to a stain before it sets in. Leak seems to be from the soap container if it's not completely seated in, or if you put pressure on it while trying to suck up stuff from the carpet.

With a new puppy in the house, we knew there would be accidents. Rather than haul out the big rug cleaner each time, we needed a quick solution that would preserve the innocence of the moment. Easy to reach for and quick to clean.

This little guy is awesome. My only complaint is that cleaner runs out very fast, I would like to be able to use it more than once with the trial size bottle of cleaner. But the product itself is great.

We bought the Big Green Machine a while back, but needed something small for a few hard to reach places (and some stairs). It works great for our needs!

Love it I have a six year old and it gets up spills quick and easy. Very easy to use . And keeps charge. Light weight and it came with two simple cleaning solutions.

This does a good job for small messes my dog makes...took me a minute to figure out how to properly use it..but so far I like it and it is quick and easy to use

Pretty good stain remover. It's easy to use and it absorbs the moisture really well. Wish they made a product which was an upright but not as heavy as a full on carpet cleaner.

This unit is perfect for pet accidents. I also own a normal upright carpet cleaner but got tired of having to break it out, set it up, clean out the machine/tanks etc... just to take care of a small spill or pet accident. This thing saves the wear and tear on my upright machine and is so quick and easy to use. It runs for about 15-20 minutes on a full charge and to be honest, it really only takes a minute or two to pick up spills/accidents. I highly recommend this!

Cleans up mess quickly and easily. Sometimes have to push on/off button several times before it will turn on. But i love it and would purchase again.

Needed for a new couch and chair that our pets love to sit on. This works very well! Would recommend.
