I love it but I wish it can hold more water. It is easy to use too

Has a small area of suction, but definitely has some power. I used it to freshen up my whole couch. Took a while and some diligence, but got the job done. Better than buying an upright machine just to get the upholstery attachment. even came with a sample amount of the detergent.

As intended for, works awesome, don’t think your gonna do your whole house with it though

Very good for spot cleaning. But I have hardwood floors and wanted this to clean my small area rugs. I need 2-3 refills to do a 6' diameter low level loop rug. The cleaner is moderately heavy when filled with solution and not a problem for spot cleaning. However, it does start to get heavy by the third pass. Conclusion: great for spot cleaning, adequate for anything more.

I am pleased with the item. It works very well, especially if you are doing small areas. I recommend it.

One of my pups had a bout with diarrhea and I was nervous I would never get the stain, much less the smell, out of the carpet. However, I came across reviews for this and decided to give it a try. So glad I did! The stain and smell came out after a couple of treatments.

Accidents happen. All pet owners know that. Last week, I got a call from my son letting me know that one of our dogs had had diarrhea all over our silver gray (very light) carpet. Compounding the problem, was that apparently at least one other dog had run through it. My son was convinced that the carpet was surely ruined. It was a Saturday night, so there was no way I was going to be able to get someone in to clean the carpet professionally for at least a few days. Further, according to my son, the carpet reeked.... When I got home, it was worse than I could have imagined. I didn't think even a professional cleaning would be able to save the carpet. To my utter amazement, this machine, used with Bissell Pet Odor and Stain Remover (in the detergent tank) COMPLETELY removed everything. It was truly like magic. I could not believe my eyes. I highly recommend this machine. There was no discoloration to the carpet, which is a miracle in itself. There was no unpleasant odor, once the odor cleared from the room. Just to confirm, I sniffed the carpet close up, and it smells fine. This is something every pet owner should have.

It is pretty good cause you can clean a spot very quickly with minimal equipment but my unit started leaking the dirty water dripping back onto my carpet. Instead of trading it in, I just returned it. I already have a bigger Bissell carpet cleaner and will use that.

Needed something to quick clean up accidents from my pup. Works great!
