The tank is tiny so it cleans only a small area at a time. Great for pet spills as it advertises. Takes a lot of refills to do the stairs. Does a great job at cleaning and directions help with figuring out how to use and clean it. Love picture directions.

I bought the Pet Stain Eraser thinking it was a affordable price. I was unsure of how well it would work. I was pleasantly surprised it did exactly what I needed it to do. It cleaned the spots so well it looked like fresh new carpet. I also love that it is chargeable it also works well for car detailing.

I was a little skeptical on this product but my husband really wanted to try it out. I have to say it was amazing. With one carpet wash you can instantly tell the difference. It lifted a black stain I did not think it would be possible to lift.

The stain eraser does a wonderful job in getting stains up from the carpet! Excellent to have nearby when my dog would not be feeling well, and I could clean up messes quickly without worry of stains setting into the carpet.

From out of the box, it was a pretty straight forward setup. Working the machine was easy as well. Definitely not for large areas unless you want to keep re-filling the tank. Had some ground in stains in a short carpet. The Solution within the box did a wonderful job.

I mean it does it’s job but takes four hours to charge and you can’t even do an entire couch on one charge. I’d save your money and just buy a big stand up plug in one.

Yes, I have a dog who seems to prefer the carpet. Especially if it is cold or raining. I have a large carpet cleaner, but this one is perfect to catch those little spots that tend to appear.

Hey, it cleans up the rug! What do you want? It is a rechargeable, battery-driven cleaner. If you want to power through tough stains, maybe from a pet, you want a corded machine. But if you want it for the occasional small stain, this device will serve you well.

Purchased this item to clean pet messes. The cleaning solution sprays all over the place and not directly under the stain. I have sprayed the walls a couple times until I figured out what was going on. It does have strong suction and is easy to clean.

This vacuum gets the job done. It's easy to use and I love that it's cordless. I have had problems with the dirty water tank leaking, but it seems to be hit or miss. Other than that, love this carpet cleaner.

We have a full size carpet cleaner (a Bissell) but have had a need to do quick cleans on smaller areas. This does a GREAT job! It does not have a rotating brush, but using the scrubber is great!

The Bissell Pet Stain Eraser cleaned up trouble spots that other cleaning methods had not succeeded on. Definitely a plus device for the pet owner — I’ll be loading it with fluid and operating it again this weekend.

Broke after only 2 uses. But when it did work it was really nice and easy to use. It uses a lot of the cleaning solution for every time you need to use it.
