This unit works better than I expected. Very easy to setup. I do recommend fully charging this unit before using which only took about 2 hours since the battery had some charge on it out of the box. This unit comes with a cleaning solution that you can use. I have been diluting it to make it last longer, however as of late, I have just been using plain water. I use various types of carpet cleaner and then use the plain water to make sure I don't leave any extra chemicals on the carpet. The battery seems to last a few days for me, but I expect your mileage will vary depending on usage. Cleaning the unit is very easy. Although FYI, I did find that there are several warning messages on the unit and in the instructions to not hold or store this unit on its side or upside down.

The handheld bissel is exactly what I needed. I usually need something portable and lightweight to address a mess or stain without the need to lug out a full carpet cleaner. Care and cleaning of the device is much more intuitive than other brands which is great for getting hair and fibers out of the front plastic. It’s cord free and rechargeable. Only downside is that you need to ensure you buy the portable cleaner solution as the regular varieties don’t work here which is a pain because not all stores carry them and the sizes are small. A minute issue for otherwise great product.

Powerful, light and easy to use for the whole family. We got this to clean the cars and outside furniture and have loved it. The battery last longer than expected and we are enjoying a cleaner environment from this one.

Having pets this portable cleaner has been very helpful. It does hold a good charge and it is as powerful as you can get for a small handheld cleaner.

Perfect for little messes on the go. With two dogs, you can imagine how messy the house can get sometimes. Perfectly cleans up dog drool on furniture, car seats and muddy paws on carpet.I don’t like sometimes that you can’t use it upright bit it’s relatively easy to maneuver.

Saw this product when I was looking for a pet cleanup tool. We have the pet vac and another unit for cleaning carpet but this on is portable. Does a great job and is ready to use when charged as tank solution can stay loaded and no cords! Just pick up turn on spray and vac the area. It is easy to empty and clean and top off for next use. Good for 20 minutes runtime but it usually only take 2-3 minutes for most jobs.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful cleaner! We have an elder dog that has had a stroke. Sometimes we just don't make it out the door fast enough. This has been a lifesaver. Rather than using a ton of paper towels and pushing the dirt deeper into the carpet, I just pop the spray bottle into the pet stain eraser and let it do it's thing. It holds a charge for quite a few uses. Just now had to recharge again. All of the pieces come apart to clean and dry. It takes just a few minutes to clean and reassemble. It isn't that heavy. We are both seniors and it doesn't bother my arm using it. It really is the best! Thank you Bissell and Best Buy!

Cleans very good, removes stains very efficiently but battery backup is very poor

This product is good.. great battery life and great portability... love the ability to swap brushes out as well and great capacity on both tanks

This is the perfect tool to use when your pet has an accident and you want to clean it quick. Works great!

Love this! Have small pets and very easily spot cleans the carpet. Easy charging and use. Have had it for a year now with no issues.

I got this because I only have carpeted steps and the big carpet cleaners seemed like overkill. The suction on this was pretty weak. It didn’t pick up the water or pet hair well. I ended up donating to goodwill pretty quickly.

Have only used a couple of times but good little handheld product for small accidents with pets

This is good machine that is nice and portable. You have to work at a bit but definitely gets the job done.

It was good but i feel like could be easier if if was a detachable suction.

I am very impressed by how well new stains are cleaned with this handheld carpet cleaner. I have not had any long-term stains, so I don't know how well it works on the. It's a bit heavy but since it's for small stains, this isn't an issue for me. It's very easy to use.

This is a must if you own a pet! I use mine a few times a week and it works great

i have one that has a cord and hose, and i gotta say this one is a lot easier to use. it is also extremely easy to clean! just have to charge it for awhile, but it gets the job done. also i just like to use the rubber attachment for carpet, works bedt in my opinion.
