This is a must if you own a pet! I use mine a few times a week and it works great

While i did enjoy the portability, you sacrifice so much in power compared to a similarly priced upright shampooer that it really leaves you with a feeling of wanting more after the purchase.

Makes my cats puke stains disappear. Its heavy tho

You must vacuum first and clean this after. I wouldn’t recommend using and not cleaning after as dirt will build up and thing will stink. But it works great for small little jobs. I have hardwood through but this works great on runners and area carpets.

This is very lightweight and easy to use. It is very durable for as little as is. It works very good.. I would recommend this product to my friends and family. I ordered this on line and Best Buy got it to me in a timely fashion.

Wish it had more suction but otherwise works good. very convenient since accidents are not planned. Grab n go, clean and done! Everything but the suction gets 5 stars. suction is 3 stars so I gave it 4.

Great alternative to the bigger unit for cleaning up a cat-tastropy! This is for spot cleaning and maybe cushions. Don’t expect it to clean your entryway.

Has worked very well as a general cleaning tool on my fabric upholstered furniture. It can be a bit clunky in the tight spaces as there is no hose/attachments. I have not tackled any tough stains yet.

It was good at first. But, it hard to keep the suction portion clean because it doesn't come apart. If you don't clean it then it smells.

This is perfect for all those times my cats seek out the carpet to throw up on! It's lightweight and easy to use.

It’s a good little machine. It’s easy to fill & easy to clean. It could use a little more suction but it’s still so much better than cleaning with paper towels & manually squirting cleaner. I’m happy with it.

This little carpet cleaner is so convenient, portable and light weight. It does a great and easy job on quick pet messes and spills.

Great device for spots. We had to use our regular wet vac before and that was hassle this is better.

Works great on carpet/ rugs but not great on couches in my opinion.

I needed something lightweight and small to clean my stairs with and this did the job. I wish the water tank was a bit larger but otherwise its amazing!

Hands down better than the older model. So much easier to add solution without having to wrestle to take the fill container off. The brushes now spin and also comes with an extra attachment. Much longer battery life. Super easy & fast for those small spills/accidents. A must have if you have pets or small children (or if the adults in the house are clumsy)! I upgraded to this model when my old one finally bit the dust and Geek Squad Protection made the upgrade super easy and I only had to pay the difference in price, so it was a no-brainer!

I like the fact that it’s wireless but the sucking and the amount of solution it hold for a big cousin or carpet is not enough other then that I have enjoyed it

Really pretty good at getting pet stains out. I am not sure it really sucks up as much of the cleaner as I think it should but it seems to work anyway. Easy to use and clean.

Great for little messes. Does the job for minor spills or pet accidents.
