I guess it's my fault for not realizing that it's not intended to pick up hair. Bummed out and it's too late to return it so I guess it'll just sit in the corner for a while (my dogs rarely have accidents. I actually only cleaned up a wine stain lol).

I find this works just great for those small soiled spots later found that were a result improper clean up. No water is needed just pour in the cleaning solution and clean. Great to use on our carpeted stairs in our tri level condo. Easy to use and not cumbersome. VERY happy I purchased.
