It was great for vinyl flooring. Only thing that cleans it to original feel and look. Doesnt leave water in the cracks and dries quick. The little scent pods are a nice bonus.

I was looking for a lightweight floor cleaner for my tile floors downstairs and bathrooms. This is a powerful little steam unit. I've been using the brush attached to scrub and clean dirt build-up on the grout between tiles. It beats squatting or sitting on my knees to do the job. The Steam Mop also has large-sized pads that are washable - one for scrubbing and the other for lighter cleaning jobs.

I was very impressed with this mop. I had a Haan that I loved but it finally bit the dust after several years of use. I love that this mop has 2 different steam functions and it heats up super fast. It got my tile floor cleaner than it has been in a while. It also has a brush for grout which I did not know about until I received it, but i thought that was ingenious. All in all, definitely worth the money.

You do not use any cleaning agents for steamed water and seems to work well on the tiled floors in the kitchen. I do use it quickly over my high-quality laminate floor and so far no problems but it does say to avoid these type flooring. Its quick and easy to setup for cleaning which motivates me to keep my floors clean more often especially with a crawling baby in the house!

I love this Bissel. I have porcelain floors and they are white. It leaves then shiny and clean. No soap or chemicals. I also use it without the pad and steam my area rugs carpets to kill any germs.

An excellent alternative to the gross ol’ mop. It’s light and very easy to use and store. My 11 and 6 year olds can effortlessly use this to clean up in the kitchen. Since the stay-at-home mandate, our kitchen and bathroom floors need constant cleaning. This steamer leaves our floors fresh and clean.

What a great product this little Bissell has been for quick clean up of my laminate floors! Fast and easy to operate. Nice to throw the cloth right into the wash and clean it too!

We had our doubts about what brand to turn to, so after lots of research decided to purchase this steam mop. We have 2 dogs, and our kitchen tile was very dirty, the grout was no longer white, it was almost black.. with the help of this steam mop and it's removable head featuring a scrubbing brush for direct contact we were able to do about 350 sq ft of tile in an hour. and it looks brand new again.. when we finished that, we put the mop head back on and steam mopped our floors and they feel perfect on bare feet, no dirt, no residue left behind, just that very clean feeling.. seriously worth the investment!

Excellent! So easy to use and I love the detachable mop that exposes a brush head for scrubbing when needed. Doubt I’ll use the freshener discs. They don’t seem to do much. I have a lot of tile and switch mop heads half way through. Super long cord!

What a luxury it is to own this floor mop! I live in a town that was devastated by a tropical storm and we’ve been without potable drinking water for over a month now. Everything is difficult to clean since water is scarce. It’s been an absolute godsend to mop my floors during this time and it really picks up dirt. It’s easy to use, and the mop head can be laundered after each use. I love this mop!

Small and does an amazing job. When I used it the first time my wife said the floor hadn’t been that clean when we moved in to our apartment. I even used it to clean the front of my dishwasher and stove worked great

I like that it has two covers and a long cord. It is light in weight and does a good job cleaning.

If you are tired of the old ways of moping and moving dirt all around I highly suggest you give this steam mop a try. It is light enough to move around and easy on the hands. The pads offer great friction to pick up what is not seen. Get your mom/dad one while you're add it! Please read and follow the instructions! Use distilled water only.

This steam mop is great! I have dogs and I try not to use cleaners that might be toxic to them. Steam is a great alternative to sanitize my floors without the harsh chemicals. Easy to use and clean.

I really enjoy this as a finish after my normal mopping. I now wish I had gone for a steam cleaner with more attachments so I can use it on tighter surfaces but that was an error on my part. I feel a lotttt cleaner when I use my steam mop, especially with having 4 cats!
