My floors - both wood and vinyl, had some sort of sticky, yucky black stuff stuck in the grooves that didn’t budge no matter what I did. After trying many solutions and mops, I purchased the steam cleaner. Wow!! There was a big difference from the first use. With regular use, my floors are sparkling clean and it’s so easy to maintain them with a weekly swab. Love the steamer!

I’ve always been a Bissell fan and this mop hasn’t disappointed! It’s easy to use, cleans the floors quickly and doesn’t use any chemicals. The floor dries quickly. I’d recommend this product if you’re looking for something reasonably priced, is easy to use and you don’t have to by pads or liquid cleaner for it. They have washable cloth pads and only use water.

I love this Bissel. I have porcelain floors and they are white. It leaves then shiny and clean. No soap or chemicals. I also use it without the pad and steam my area rugs carpets to kill any germs.

Easy to use. Lightweight. Leaves the floors so clean. You can see how much dirt it picks up.

What a great product this little Bissell has been for quick clean up of my laminate floors! Fast and easy to operate. Nice to throw the cloth right into the wash and clean it too!

Excellent machine. Was able to clean up years of grime that took only hand scrubbing to clean up. But this little machine was able to break up all of the build-up with the steam!

Love this! It's light and easy to use! Does leave streaks but that could be residue from previous products used on the floor too.

I was looking for a lightweight floor cleaner for my tile floors downstairs and bathrooms. This is a powerful little steam unit. I've been using the brush attached to scrub and clean dirt build-up on the grout between tiles. It beats squatting or sitting on my knees to do the job. The Steam Mop also has large-sized pads that are washable - one for scrubbing and the other for lighter cleaning jobs.

I moved in with my daughter who is in Florida. All her floors are tiled. And we had 3 dogs. This mop was a godsend. Mopping with the swiffer just moved their paw prints around. This mop cleaned and sanitized. I like it so much I. Bought one for my house in Virginia.

This steam mop is great! I have dogs and I try not to use cleaners that might be toxic to them. Steam is a great alternative to sanitize my floors without the harsh chemicals. Easy to use and clean.

I was very impressed with this mop. I had a Haan that I loved but it finally bit the dust after several years of use. I love that this mop has 2 different steam functions and it heats up super fast. It got my tile floor cleaner than it has been in a while. It also has a brush for grout which I did not know about until I received it, but i thought that was ingenious. All in all, definitely worth the money.

Excellent! So easy to use and I love the detachable mop that exposes a brush head for scrubbing when needed. Doubt I’ll use the freshener discs. They don’t seem to do much. I have a lot of tile and switch mop heads half way through. Super long cord!

You do not use any cleaning agents for steamed water and seems to work well on the tiled floors in the kitchen. I do use it quickly over my high-quality laminate floor and so far no problems but it does say to avoid these type flooring. Its quick and easy to setup for cleaning which motivates me to keep my floors clean more often especially with a crawling baby in the house!

An excellent alternative to the gross ol’ mop. It’s light and very easy to use and store. My 11 and 6 year olds can effortlessly use this to clean up in the kitchen. Since the stay-at-home mandate, our kitchen and bathroom floors need constant cleaning. This steamer leaves our floors fresh and clean.

This is my third unit. They work ok but don't seem to last long. I think on average they last 2.5-3 years before dying. I got the second unit under the extended warranty. My whole house is tile so I use them to clean the grout in my house which they work great at.
