This is one of the best pieces of equipment I own to help me keep your home clean. It is easy to use basically you just put the pad on and add water. Turn it on and wait till it starts steaming. I like to spray a disinfectant that smells good and then mop. It cleans much better than the usual mop.

I love this steamer! I have laminate floors and they feel cleaner than they every have. I've mopped, used a swiffer and wiped my floors down by hand and this is the best and easiest way to clean my floors. With the fragrance disc, it leaves a light smell that is really nice.

Absolutely love this steam mop! Other than it being a deeper clean, I recently painted and got a little paint on the floor! Let the mop sit on it for a couple seconds and it started taking it right off the floor!

I love this Bissell! The water heats to steam level very quickly; the pads are easy to put on and remove; and the mop head rotates easily to where you want to clean. It does not leave streaks on my tile floors.

I realized that disposable floor cleaning pads were not only a waste of money, but they were not getting the floors completely clean. I’m pleased with the performance of this machine, it’s easy to use, stores away nicely in a closet and I like the fact that I can wash and re use the cleaning pads. Economical AND does a better job getting the tiles clean.

What a great purchase. The Bissell Steam Mop is such a timesaver. It is so easy to use. Just pour in some water, set the Steam level and you're in business. Installation was a breeze and took less than 5 minutes. You can use it on both tile and wood floors. I've told my family to pick one up at Best Buy like I did. I highly recommend this product.

I was hesitant to purchasing this at first since there is so many other choices. This turned out to be a great product. Does the job and light weight.

I bought this to replace the same item that I have had for a year. The first one stopped working so I knew I had to replace it if I want clean floors. I love this mop for our tile floors. It is extremely easy to use, not messy, quick and it gets my floors clean. I just hope this one last longer than a year.

This is a very handy floor cleaning tool. Easy to use and easy to store. And it does great job on all of my tile and vinyl floors. The price at BestBuy was the reason for choosing this store. Bissell steam mops are sold on other sites, but this store had the finest offer for me.

I’ve used this steamer 4 or 5 times and so far so good! I love how simple it is to use and how quickly I can get my apartment clean. This is the best product I’ve found for cleaning my dog’s muddy paw prints lol. Also it’s very light weight and easy to store due to the slim shape!

I moved in with my daughter who is in Florida. All her floors are tiled. And we had 3 dogs. This mop was a godsend. Mopping with the swiffer just moved their paw prints around. This mop cleaned and sanitized. I like it so much I. Bought one for my house in Virginia.

I've been looking for a quick way to clean my tile floors, which covers a large area of my home. This product was easy to use and set up. Only had to fill the water tank once and the cord length cover the entire area. I was looking for something that would clean the grout and this is where the steamer fell short but cleaning the overall floor was terrific.

Exactly what I've been longing for! A mop that cleans up after itself. I hate swishing dirty water around on a floor and then having to sop it up with paper towels. Finally, I'm off my hands and knees with this light weight steam mop that cleans without spreading dirty mop water round in its wake!

This steam cleaner is awesome! Cleans the floors really and and I like how it detaches to create a steam scrubber; it great my grout super clean.

Mopping made easy! No ringing out dirty water, no grout discoloration, only clean, sanitized floors! And I love the easy pop-off mop head to be able to use the brush to remove ground in grime. Very easy to use - BEST BUY EVER!!

This bad boy will make your grout look like you just purchased your home. I add a few drops of tea tree oil on the steam pad to help freshen things up. Pros: heats quickly, user friendly, no leftover residue. Cons: wish there was a better way to hook the chord. Chord gets in the way quite a bit.

I read and compared many steam mops before making a final selection. I chose this one because Ive seen it work before. Im very impressed by the amount of dirt you can remove with the steam mop. You can add a tablet for fragrance which leaves the house smelling nice. 4 stars only just because I find it a little heavy and if you lower it to mop in hard to reach spaces it shuts down (assuming is a safety feature). Also some what difficult to drain it if you dont use all the water. Reasonable price compared to others.
