This is our 2nd steam mop (1st was a Shark), and it rocks! Heats fast. Cleans well. Water tank is OK; not huge, but still much larger than the competitor. A little heavier, but in a good way. Strongly recommend.

Four stars, since it brand new. It is the third steamer I have had, all were different brands. The most expensive one failed after two years light use. So this one needs to prove to me it is worth five stars. So far so good. Light weight, good steam, easy to fill. Pad installs much easier than my last one. Price was right!

This steamer is quicker to heat up than my last 2 units! With the 25 ft. cord, I don’t have to plug into a couple different outlets. Wish this came with a couple of other cloths, that’s the ONLY downfall.

The Bissell power fresh deluxe corded steam mop is easy to use. It cleans the floors very well I've used it on laminate and vinyl and the result has been the same, very clean. It would be helpful to have more than one head cover included with it.

The mop is a very nice! It does the job very well and especially on hardwooded floors along with kitchen tiles. Easy to rewash or replace the brush at the bottom and is highly recommended in my book.

I’ve had a Shark steam mop in the past, but I highly recommend this Bissell PowerFresh steam mop! It cleans the floor and the grout exceptionally well. It’s eady to use and the swivel action lets you clean hard to get to areas. 5 Stars!

My wife borrowed a neighbor's Bissell steam mop the following week we had one! It is amazing, new era of mopping for sure. Throw away all the old mops and get this one !! Highly recommend it

Works great, love it. I just don’t like having to wait for it to warm up before I can start using because I am impatient. Optional fragrance disc smells light and lovely.

Love my bissell steamer. It’s easy to use and does a great job. I’ve had cheaper steamers in the past that seemed cheaply put together so I decided to get this one next and am super satisfied.

This mop is great. I bought this with low expectations but it has exceeded them. It does a great job on both tile and laminate and is very easy to use.

This is a great way to clean tile floors. It not only cleans the dirt but also sanitizes. It is light weight and easy to use. it has a long cord which I find very convenient. The swivel head allows me to get in the corners etc. I would highly recommend it.

This steam mop does a great job cleaning my wood laminate floors. I like that it has two steam settings. Low for laminate and high for ceramic.

I love this! I always washed my floors on my hands and knees, I just felt like it was clean unless I did it that way, until I bought this! I love it. Works wonderfully.. cleans up so nice.

I previously bought one of these for my own home to replace 2 Shark steamers that had both died too soon. I love it so much I bought one for friends who recently remodeled their home with all tile floors. It is quick and easy to use. Friends love it too!

Works very well! Found a bundle of the pads on amazon for cheap and they work really well on this. You can also find the carpet slider on amazon and steam carpets as well!

Easy to assemble and use. Was unsure whether this would work on laminate so tried a small area and seemed to not ruin the floor on the lowest mode. Worked very well also on tile. Didn’t realize how dirty my floors were! Well worth it

We are happy with our steam mop. Just put water and plug it in and the job gets done fast. Best feature is you detach the mop and use the bristles to clean grout... super easy!! And no chemicals to use.

We have found this very easy to use to clean our porcelain tile floor. It gets the spots that a hand mop would not. It heats the water very fast. We are very pleased, especially for the price. The floor (light gray) looks new when we are finished.
