Left some streaks on the hard wood but did the job. All you need is water and not extra chemicals. Just wish I purchased a cordless version if they made one.

Upgrade is better than previous model

So far it has the same overall feel as my last steam mop, but it feels like this one provides more even steam across the mop head. I havent ran both side by side but from what i can tell. Steam is produced more quickly. Not constantly but with shorter cycle times between heating the water. Bigger water resevior too. Give five stars because it doesnt leak.

It is light, easy to use and leaves the floors clean. This is the second one I have purchased from Best Buy and now there is a steam mop at both houses.

It does what it is supposed to do and it does it pretty well. No streaking, and it got the pretty tough and hard to reach spots relatively easy.
