Works decent, needs to come with more accessories in the box and either I lost a screw or it was missing one to hold the handle in. Nothing worth returning over.

We used this to clean up our hardwood floors before putting our house on the market. We kept going over the floors because we couldn't believe how much grime this pulled out of the wood! It is easy to change the pad and light to carry.

Easy set up and light. Left some streaks on the hard wood but did the job. All you need is water and not extra chemicals. Just wish I purchased a cordless version if they made one.

This steam mop is a god send, it works phenomenally on our tile and vinyl wood flooring and all you need is water. The option to detach the mop head and use the scrubbing part of the mop is perfect for tile grout and makes my flooring look brand new. Extremely worth it for the price! Highly recommend!

Does a great job cleaning the tile floor throughout the house. Quick and easy to use, takes care of any mess left after cleaning up with the vacuum.

I upgraded to this model after using a previous version from a couple of years ago. So far it has the same overall feel as my last steam mop, but it feels like this one provides more even steam across the mop head. I havent ran both side by side but from what i can tell. Steam is produced more quickly. Not constantly but with shorter cycle times between heating the water. Bigger water resevior too. Give five stars because it doesnt leak.

I use this product on ceramic tile. It is easier than mopping and I feel the floor is cleaner when using the steam mop as opposed to a regular mop! Easy to put together, simple to use and love the results!

I live in Santa Fe, NM and dust is a way of life. I have three dogs and tile floors, and even though I run a bare floor vacuum often, there is still fine dust left behind. I will run the steam mop and the floors are great and dry instantly. I bought extra pads so I change them two or three times while cleaning depending on how dirty the floor is. My house is about 2000 sq ft, and generally one tank of water does it all. The cord lenght is reasonable. The unit heats quickly, and has two steam settings. The lift off scrub brush is great for tile grout. I will never wet mop again!

Love this mop! The detachable brush makes for cleaning grout super easy! My tile cleans so well with this! Its very easy to use also!

Easy to use, light weight, distilled water is recommended for use, does a nice job of cleaning without the use of any other chemicals, comes with two cloth cleaning pads that must be laundered after each use.

Great product! This device allows you to wet and clean wood or tile floors. The liquid and cleaner is heated inside the mop and cleans very well. Would buy again!

Works well, got my tiled floors clean. Just wish I could used a cleaner with it.

I love this steam mop! I needed a new mop after I broke my last traditional mop. It's so much easier to mop my floors now and you can tell it does the job.

Overall, this product works pretty good. It does what it is supposed to do and it does it pretty well. No streaking, and it got the pretty tough and hard to reach spots relatively easy.
