WOW! I used to clean the floors on my hands and knees. NEVER AGAIN! I really thought I was getting my floors clean. Then I used this and WOW! What a difference. We have ceramic tile with platinum grout, along with hardwood floors. The Bissel steamer is wonderful doesn’t scratch up the floors and the part that holds the pad pops off easy and you can scrub the grout. My floors are beautiful and no harsh chemicals so I am not worried when my English Mastiff comes back inside after going for her walks. The steamer is so light weight and easy to use you can use it daily or even a few times a day is need be. If your thinking about a steamer this is the one to buy!

I feel like this is the only way to actually clean hardwood or tile floors. I always felt like the swiffer was just pushing the dirt around but with this I feel the steam is actually sterilizing the floor. Puts out a lot of steam and if you want a fresh smell you can add the scent tablet.

I am very pleased. I was a little horrified at how discolored (dirty) the mop head was after the first use! I really like that I can use just water and the floor looks and feels clean after use. (I have tile floors). I also like that the mop heads are washable vs. disposable. I also like that the mop head wraps around the edges of the base so it cleans the baseboards as it cleans the floor. Nice and light and the cord length is good too. I only gave ease of use 4 stars 'cause the power buttons are not intuitive, but overall it works great.

Does the job at a reasonable price! Easy to assemble and use. It is very light and has a long cord which makes it a breeze to move around our home.

Bought one for every family. This is the best steam mop you can get for either yourself or as a gift. It’s cheap, easy to use and works so well that you won’t notice your floors or times afterwards. I do warn not to have it plugged in even if it’s off for more than 15 minutes if you are not planning to use it again. I forgot to unplug mine and it stopped working because it was always in standby mode and overheated. Otherwise this is the best thing one can buy themselves to clean the floors, tiles, etc..

This steam mop works exceptionally well. Easy to operate and use. Works very well on cleaning grout.

We have a baby which is the main reason we looked into this line of products. Initially, we bought the higher version of Bissells steam gear (I think it was called Powerbrush or something like that) for around 300 bucks, but quickly returned it as it failed to meet cost value. A few weeks later I was in the store and shotgun purchased this one. It's perfect for our needs and does a great job. It heats up quickly and leaves our floors clean and dirt free; so much so that you can actually feel the difference on your bare feet after cleaning. It does leave the floors a little damp after use, but the water evaporates after about 5 minutes. The mop also comes with 2 heads so if you have a lot of space to cover, you can swap them out if high soil levels are present. I feel comfortable with the baby crawling around after using this mop and I would recommend it to anyone with any hard floor surface that takes on a legit amount of traffic. I think we paid around 90 bucks, but if you shop around you might be able to price match somewhere for 80 or even less. Regardless, I would pay 90 again for it and give the product an A grade on performance, overall ease of use, and value.

We bought this as we have mostly hardwood flooring on our main floor with a ceramic playroom and bathroom+ 2 ceramic bathrooms upstairs and a tile floor basement. This bissel steam mop is very good at cleaning up spills as we spilled setting warm jello out the bottom of the mold while moving it. It took a couple of passes to asorb and elliminate the sticky red liquid mess. It certainly beat getting down on our hands and knees ! the mop head rinsed right out. Yes we do recommend purchasing this Steam Mop ... and it is reasonably priced.

I LOVE THIS STEAMER. I have been back and forth thinking to hire someone to clean our grout and decided, after years, to order this after seeing it on a YouTube commercial. OH MY GOD IT IS A DREAM! It’s super light, easy to use, assembly required with one screw. I can do a little every day and boom, all of my tile is done and it is effortless! Not heavy at all!! I am in love with this! I am going to purchase another one it is an absolute must have with grout, it will sanitize and the steam gets super hot very quickly. The tank holds a little over 2c, the bummer is the measure tool came cracked, but, nothing my 2c Pyrex measure cup didn’t quickly replace. I can’t brag enough about this if you’re thinking of buying it… do it, for the money this is an incredible deal for what it offers and the quality it shows immediately. LOVE THIS.

I love this thing! I have two large breed dogs, and this thing is amazing! I use it once a day or every other day. It’s very easy to use, and it gets my tile floors looking new again. I would definitely recommend buying; you will NOT regret this purchase. :)

Bought this model based on internet reviews. I have both Tile and Hardwood floors. Could never get the shine and cleanliness with a regular mop. Ofter using this mop its like my floors are brand new! The floors are clean and shiny with no streaks or film left on them. Wish I would have bought this sooner! The mop doesn't use a lot of water and produces a good amount of steam. Its light and easy to move around. If you want the best results use only distilled water to avoid minerals and films on your floor. It will also keep the mop internals clean.

Simple and effective. Easy to fill, Gets up to temperature as fast as a typical iron. Used for a few weeks now on traditional polyurethane finished hardwood floors and on engineered flooring, and it works well. Floors look clean and more so they are clean as evidenced by the pad. The washable pad will show you what you have been missing with your other cleaning methods.

Simply is the key word. I’ve always struggled with streaking with other mops, or not getting up stuck on dirt. The scrub on this is fantastic. My apartment had some paint splatters that this took care of no problem. You can feel how much more clean the floors are, without that sticky chemical feel. It’s gross how much dirt was on the pad with my first use. Heats up and ready to use in less than a minute. Easy to control and get into corners.

Easy to use Excellent cleaning Lightweight and has a long cord

I don’t know why I waited so long to purchase this and I can’t imagine cleaning without it now. So easy & results are so rewarding. Best Buy North Canton has such a helpful & knowledgeable staff. I have hardwood floors, stone tile, acrylic, and luxury vinyl flooring and I can count on this to clean every time. Follow the directions and it works like a charm.

Love my new bissell steam mop. I had the original shark steam mop and after years it finally went out on me. After careful research the reviews for this steam mop were great. This mop is truly awesome. It really is easy to use , light weight, and seems to clean my floor with no problem. No wet floor afterwards, no pooling, dripping or leaking water. I go by the instructions and use distilled water in my appliances.

I got this to get up some gummy like spots on a hardwood floor and other tough areas on a bathroom tile floor. Although it is recommended not to use a steamer on hardwood, it worked for me, using it sparingly, for that one rare occasion. It heats up quickly and I like that it gives you two settings small bursts of steam and bigger bursts. I tried both Bissel's scented water and included scented discs. Neither seem to leave a lasting impression. Only during use. I definitely recommend it for tiled floors (kitchen, bathroom, etc.). Also, I really like that the mop head is detachable allowing you access to the steamer's attached scrub brushes for those gummy-like areas I mentioned at the start. I definitely recommend this trim and light weight steamer.
