Easy to use, simple instructions, heats up quickly, and gets the job done. Spray some nice smelling cleaning/disinfecting solution on your tile floor before going over it with this steam mop and the results are amazing! Just use normal water in the steam mop, no need to buy the pre-fragranced water that Bissell sells.

This model was well-priced at $102.99. We'd owned a Bissell Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop that was just okay...but didn't live up to the hype that convinced us to buy initially. It lasted just weeks beyond the 2-year warranty. My wife (and our floors) like 'steam.' So, we searched for another similar appliance...and this was it. It appeared it would give the best ‘bang for the buck.’ She likes this steam mop much better than the ‘marginally performing/failed’ model that had all the accessories, etc. This mop acts like a mop. It's lightweight and maneuverable. Have to get used to the cord…(we have cordless ‘everything’ these days)—but we’ve learned to live with it. She likes the two different levels of steam. The product really shines our Pergo vinyl floors and ceramic tile!

More like 4.5 stars First use very little steam. The second use I had more steam. It does a good job cleaning but don’t walk on it till it’s dry. The brush is crazy took out grout in the tiles without effort. Only thing is you have to wipe the floor because if it dries so does the dirt. So it would be nice to have it as an additional part but that would make it heavier. So prep accordingly. It does leave a bland scent. Use the pads. Best thing is I can mop daily without harsh chemicals as the swiffer wipes would make me sick. I do however go over the floor with a mop once a month with bleach I just have the ingrained mindset that bleach cleans everything. Also wish they gave four pads or had a disposable pads option. Just my preference. But it’s a good good steam mop.

WOW THIS MOP WORKS GREAT! GOT IT FAST AND FIND MYSELF CLEANING MY FLOORS EVEN WHEN THEY DONT NEED IT. EASY TO USE. ONLY COMPLAINT WISH THERE WERE 1 MORE MOP HEAD OR MADE EASY TO GET MORE.

I use the steam mop in our condo. Love how fast the water turns to steam. There is plenty of steam to clean up the messy of messes. The micro fiber bonnet does a great job of picking up Mop leaves very little water on the floors, which is nice. For me I find it a little harder to push the mop forward so I pull it backward, most of the times. That works great for me.

Purchased this steam mop because of my new vinyl plank flooring. Having dogs in the house, it helps to have something around that works fast and doesn’t leave the floor wet. The floor was dry just minutes after using the steam mop. I also used the scrub brush section on a spot on my bathroom floor. It worked like a champ. Glad i purchased this steam cleaner. The mop itself is easy to but on the base and cleans up in the washer. It also helps to sanitize the floor if my puppy should have an accident. You do have to clean up the mess by hand but the steam mop helps to get everything back to normal and sanitizes it at the same time. You wont have to wait for steam, almost as soon as you hit the power button on and you have steam. It’s really fast. No more waiting for the steamer to get hot.

This product is easy to use, extremely efficient, light weight, and handles very well. It cleans tile, brick and wood leaving a natural glow on all three surfaces. Best Buy offers a fair price and great service with online ordering and curbside pick up.

This steam mop is the best for cleaning my floors. The swivel makes it easy to reach difficult spots.

This is terrific!! Easy to use, cleans better than any type of mop I have ever seen. Steam away your dirty tile floors....You won't believe how fast and easy this is to use. Light, and has a section for fragrance tablets too. Bissell has just made your day......Buy it!!!!!

I purchased this to help clean our cat room which houses our litter boxes for our three cats. Our older cat sometimes has accidents and we needed something more than just the basic wet swiffer to help. This was easy to put together, the instructions were clear, and it takes 10 seconds to warm up before it's ready to use. It cleaned our floors perfectly! I'm very happy with it and think I will get a lot of use out of it since we have all laminate flooring throughout the house.

Ok I had a big issue at first… left clearly visible streaks BUT you HAVE to use DISTILLED WATER. It work so much better. I have hard wood floors that get dirty so fast but with the correct liquid, it worked great.

I really love this steam mop, it is the best one that I have had so far. I have an entire house of tile and laminate flooring. It works well on both, doesn't leave the floors really wet. They dry quickly and it cleans well. It's easy to fill and to push and puts out a good amount of steam.

This light device makes cleaning floors easy and actually fun! I think for the price point another fabric pad/ cloth could have been included.

I want to start by saying that I am a bona user and a iRobot m6 user. After using a M6 for almost 3 years the unit finally broke. I decided not to spend the high cost of the M6 and went with this cheaper alternative. I order some aftermarket moping cloths and here we are. The unit itself is super light weight. The steamer take a little time to kick in but ones it does the cleaning experience is amazing. Its kind of a workout to use specialy in wood floors. It clean well and Im planing to keep it for as long as it last. 2 years manuficaturer warranty not bad.

I had back surgery last year so this machine helped me a lot. It’s easy to use and save a lot of time & my floor is very clean. Most of important is it’s very good price to buy at Best Buy.

When our Shark Mop stopped working after one month of use (you read that correctly) we decided to rethink our steam mop decision. I’m glad we did. This is a solid built unit with all the features you need and will clean your floors extremely well. You only have 2 settings (high and low) but really, you don’t need more. Once the mop has heated up, you can actually see the steam in the head of the mop, so you can tell it’s working. The best feature is the brush at the end, which allows you to scrub hard-to-get spots without having to bend over. The scent disc is the crowning touch. You can actually smell the discs while you mop. The smell doesn’t linger for long, but it does make you feel like your floors are getting extra clean.

I didnt expect this to work miracles or anything but it does. I have to get use to not bring out the mop and bucket. It heats up fast. The floors feel.very clean and stubborn spots came right up when u detached the bottom for direct steam. Easy to clean and made mopping for me a breeze.

I had been a loyal Shark customer for more than 10 years, however after my original Shark died after 8 years, I purchased another one, that lasted less than a year and gave them one more chance, to no avail. As my third Shark died, I went on the search for a new brand of steam cleaner. After reading many reviews, I settled on this Bissell. The only reason that it is not getting a 5 star rating is the fact that there is something under the replaceable mop pads that seems to be “scratching” through the mop pad, causing it to wear out VERY fast. In fact I only used one of the replacement pads 3 times before is wore a hole in the pad. I am still investigating the cause and am hoping that it can be fixed. Other than that, I am happy with how it cleans, amount of steam and fresh clean smell courtesy of the fragrance tabs!

I'm loving this steam mop. It has been a game-changer...floors are so much cleaner and shinier. I just spritz my floor soap on the tiles and then go over that with the steamer. Be sure to use distilled water in the machine and nothing else...so that is an added operational cost. It's a lightweight machine which makes it easy to maneuver also.

Excellent stream from this floor cleaner! No complaints! Cleans hardwood and kinda cleans carpet too!! I feel better when I know hot water/ steam cleans an area that I frequently use! Has a smell good disk that you have option to use,, works ok! Yrs, I would buy again.
