I really love this mop because it does not leave my wood floors wet, it steams very hot and I love the ability to remove the base and use it for my base boards and corners. Great large face on the mop head too.

Sick if bucket mopping, even with the fancy red spinning one. Sick of the disposable pads with the purple mop. This was highly recommended on a FB moms page that I have outgrown, but if those women don’t have some serious opinions...lol. This steamer came up and 67 people all commented their love of it, and not one negative comment. If that doesn’t say something..so I gave it a shot. I love it. I do put a couple drops of essential oil (no, I am obsessed with oils, just have a few I like) and it did an amazing job. It cleaned spots that I thought were a part of the tile. My floors look and feel great.

Does a decent job on hard vinyl floors, but it may take two swipes to go through and get the job done. We typically would use the small swifters for our floors, but we decided to get this to use every other week to keep our floors cleaned from the typical, but also like to give a quick mopping as well. Not much on being able to get big scrubbing down, but it still does a good job for its price tag.

Love this little steam cleaner. Does a great job cleaning my hardwood floors and it's ridiculously simple to use. Well priced as well. Highly recommend.

This steam mop is lightweight and cleans very well. Some spills may need pre-spraying, but come right up with little trouble. Very easy to use.

Light weight and efficient floor mop and steamer. Bought this to use in between Swifter mopping in tile and ceramic plank floors. Does a great job in the around the stove and high traffic areas and entry ways.

Before I purchased the Bissell steam cleaner I researched other makes. So happy I did that! The little extras put into the design of this product was certainty done by a woman!! The length of the cord, perfect! The placement of the filling cup when not in use, perfect! The wind up of the cord with a quick release, again perfect! The total operating of this steam cleaner, PERFECT!! Only draw back..not being able to find the cleaning fluid recommended. But no problem using distilled water which is readily available.

This is my 2nd Bissell Steam Mop. The other one died and I saved the plastic rack to sit it on and kept the mop head covers. I love hot steam to pick up icky foods my grand-kids get on the floor. This was my first time to use this new one, so here's my take thus far: 1. It's a little tricky getting the buttons down but now after reading the directions and trying it, I get it. I don't like that you have to reheat and pick steam again every time you unplug from one wall to the other. 2. The smelly disc is divine. This is definitely a new add-on that we all like. My adult daughter and husband both liked that smell. 3. The two different mop heads are nice, but my husband put the white one on for me and I really needed the gray and white one, but it performed just fine. I didn't even have to use the attachment brush for stubborn blobs. The steam did its job. Good deal. 4. It is a bit of a bother to have to use distilled water, but I did have some on hand from having to use it with my iron, so I will have to remember to buy more of this stuff. 5. The water poured nicely into the reservoir. No spills or messiness, so I am happy. It also didn't use up a whole canister of the water and I did both bathrooms, the kitchen, the dining room, the breakfast room, both hallways and the edges of my living room that has tile. 6. It is not heavy as the older one since there are not two canisters, so it was a breeze pulling it along. 7. The size is not big so storing it in the laundry room that already has too much in it was a plus because who has enough room to store all their cleaning gadgets in one place? All in all I am happy and this hopefully will last me another 3-5 years and I will be content that I got my money's worth. I would recommend this to my family and friends. It would make a really nice wedding gift as well.

This makes cleaning floors quick and easy for light everyday use. A good replacement for swifter type mops. Would be 5 star if cordless. Pros: No cleaners to buy No mess Light weight Cons: Not cordless Bad at scrubbing

Purchased this steam mop and it works great, even on stubborn areas of our tile. Quickly heats up to temp and is ready to use within a minute. Lightweight and easy to use.

I purchased this item because of the ease & how nice a product it is to use around the house. I really liked how I could clean the grout of my tile in the bathroom, it took a little muscle but it worked great. The downfall to it is that I cannot use it on the type of wood floors I have because it leaves streaks and I have to go behind it with a towel to dry the floor. Also, I have to buy the specific cleaner separate because the discs is not the only thing I want to have the fresh clean smell when using the unit.

The Bissell is lightweight and very easy to use. It does a very good job on my porcelain tile floors. I would not wash the pads along with any other items, other than cleaning rags.

I love this steamer. It arrived in time, and after reading the simple instructions it was easy to use. The floors looks great after and I did not notice any streaks.

I researched between this and the various Shark steam mop models. In the end I chose this one and love it. I've used the older push to make steam Shark mop and this one is so much sturdier and it consistently makes steam. I like the cup to fill the tank. The pads stay on nicely and I love the scent discs. I'm still using the first one and can smell it when I mop. I love that you can take the mop head off and you have a handheld steamer wand with bristles. It is great for grout or getting along the edges in the kitchen.
