I love this steam mop. I have all hardwood floors as well as some tiles and this works like a charm. I like how it has 2 settings and the nice smelling discs that come along with it. It is not too heavy to move around and does the job done. Washing the mop pads is a breeze. They come out (white) clean. I have used both pads and they were very well. I am happy with this purchase.

The mop was very easy to use. It cleans very good. It doesn't use alot of water. The mop is light so it's not a struggle to use.

I had been researching steam mops and this one kept coming up with great reviews. I could not believe how easy it is to use. I had seen on other posts people using the hand piece to scrub and steam their grout with amazing results. So I was a little skeptical as to how clean my grout would get and after using it only once I have been extremely pleased with the results. It does a wonderful job on the tile and grout!

The only kind of mop for the floors in our new house is a steam mop. I've been using the Bissell steam mop I've had for many years, and when it malfunction I looked for a replacement. The PowerFresh Deluxe mop has exceeded my expectations. I love that the mop head and water tank are larger, steam is constantly delivered and the machine is so much lighter than the old version. Plus, it does a great job on our porcelain tile floors.

The product works as it should. The cord length is helpful. It cleans tile floors really good.

My old Shark died so I did my research. This is much easier to use and does a better job. It was half the price of the old Shark. I have a lot of hardwood floors and now I can do them easily

I've owned two Shark steam mops. Both were fine but eventually failed after a year or so. I had read about this Bissell and thought I'd give it a try. Best Buy had it in stock and the price was spot on, so I purchased it. It performs so much better than the Shark steam mops! No competition. It produces A LOT of HOT steam and really deep cleans. I was able to clean hardwood floors, tile, and grout lines in no time. It even handles messes our black lab makes around his food and water dishes. Amazing.

This was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I bought it. It works great and the cleaning it does is amazing. Yea - easy to use, light weight and quick.

I purchased this after my older model Bissell Steamboost broke. I am more than pleased! It's easy to fill, gives two options for steam output, doesn't require pushing a button to get steam out, and is way more sturdy than the older model. Plus it comes with the two cleaning cloths that easily attach and are washable. It does a great job on both my tile and hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend this product.

There is nothing about this product that I dislike. Before making a purchase, I did quite a bit of research. I adore how simple it is to assemble (there is essentially NO construction required), how clear and concise the directions were, how long the cord is, and how simple it is to use! Since it arrived, I've used it more than twice times weekly. This is probably the best deal you can find.

This got my grout CLEAN. After using this, my tile’s grout is back to its original color!! My floor looks amazing!

It was great for vinyl flooring. Only thing that cleans it to original feel and look. Doesnt leave water in the cracks and dries quick. The little scent pods are a nice bonus.

LOVE this! Very, very light, simple to use, no chemicals, just water and cleans VERY well. I gave it 4 stars because it would be PERFECT if it was cordless.

I really like this floor steam cleaner, very easy to use but understand you don’t use a cleaner in the machine, only water. It steams the water in the machine and cleans that way, I love it. I also got it at a great price.

I had a Shark steam cleaner for 5 years, and this blows it out of the water. I was pretty grossed out to see the dirt on the mop pad the first time I used this after using the Shark Steamer for so long. Does a great job and contains the steam under the mop head so you don't have steam bellowing out...in fact, I had to pick it up the first time to make sure it was even steaming (it was, it was just staying where it should, on the floor). You can't beat the price either!

Very pleased with the way this machine cleans and it's lightweight so I don't struggle with it at all. I do recommend the corded model, especially for others like myself who are a little older. Also like the two different mop covers and I can just throw them in the washer to clean them. Bissell has always been a good name brand and their steam mop certainly meets their high standards. I would definitely recommend this product.

Best mop ever, easy to use, kills germs, lifted dirt my cleaning people had left behind and if you have ceramic tile with formations it’s great to pick up dirt in all the little holes and cleans the grout. I have pets so I only use the steam and the disks to make it smell nice. Worth every penny! Clean up is a breeze, just wash the easy pull off pad and air dry! Should have been using it a long time ago. Even gets around the toilet! Bravo Bissell! And thank you for all you do for pet adoption!

I love this steam mop get my floors super clean. This is a light mop so very easy to use. My floors had spots that were not getting very clean in some areas & this steamed it right up. I bought this mop because I was unable to get normal cleaning supplies to keep our home clean. So when I saw the results I was super HAPPY! Thank you BISSELL for this mop.
