My old steam mop broke the day before Xmas, so I ran to Best Buy and bought this mop. It cleans well and it easy to use, however it came with only 2 different pads and although they are washable, you cannot put them in the dryer (my fault - I forgot and did). The pad shrunk and would not fit the mop. So I went and purchased a 6 pack of the regular pads....at a cost (and hopefully I will take better care of them). Would have given this mop 5 stars if not for that issue - my old mop had machine wash/dry pads (but it was not in stock).

Great product and the price was excellent. Easy to use and easy to clean.

So easy to use, great price, and makes the floors clean and shiny. The unit easily stores in the closet and is simple to maintain.

I bought one of these steam mops last year and I love it. It gets everything so clean, and I don't have to lug around a mop bucket or wait for the floor to dry (at least not more than a few minutes). I bought the same one for my brother. We used it on a very dirty floor when we were cleaning out our Mom's house for sale, and it cleaned off old layers of grime like magic. I am a fan of this mop.

It does make the floor look new. You can use on any surfaces. The steam makes the floor shiny and clean. I thought I was purchasing a cordless one put it isn’t. The cord is long. Don’t put any cleaning solution in the water steam because than no steam performs. I paid more than the price now. It is worth it.

I needed a steam mop to easily mop the laminate and tiles throughout my house. The mop was straightforward to put together and use for the first time. Be sure to use the correct type of water to maximize results. Also, the mop pad doesn't hold dust that well so it is imperative to sweep the floor well in advance. The spotboost brush came in handy for a few tough stains but it isn't great...just good. I was tempted to move the mop quickly to get the job done, but I noticed that it was more effective if you allowed the steam enough time to do what it is supposed to. Overall it is a good steam mop and I am happy with it's performance.

Finally found a mop that cleans 1970 linoleum kitchen floors.

Love my steam mop! I have a split-level house with tile, linoleum, and wood floors. This works seamlessly with all of them! If it's a quick mop, I don't use cleaner. Otherwise, I spray the floor and run the mop over it. I don't bother with the pads, but do use lemon or orange oil on the floor. So much more convenient than a traditional mop and water and bucket or sink or whatever.

I previously owned a shark and when it quit working, I wanted to try something different. I read many reviews and decided on this Bissell. It's easy to use. I like the scrubber pad. The grout bush works well although it is hard on your back. I wish the handle extended (and I'm only 5'1"). My tile is not smooth and the Bissell cleans them very well.

Easy to use. Nice large mop head—gets in corners with unique shape. Great clean! Good steam output.

I’ve always been a Bissell fan and this mop hasn’t disappointed! It’s easy to use, cleans the floors quickly and doesn’t use any chemicals. The floor dries quickly. I’d recommend this product if you’re looking for something reasonably priced, is easy to use and you don’t have to by pads or liquid cleaner for it. They have washable cloth pads and only use water.

My floors - both wood and vinyl, had some sort of sticky, yucky black stuff stuck in the grooves that didn’t budge no matter what I did. After trying many solutions and mops, I purchased the steam cleaner. Wow!! There was a big difference from the first use. With regular use, my floors are sparkling clean and it’s so easy to maintain them with a weekly swab. Love the steamer!

Love this! It's light and easy to use! Does leave streaks but that could be residue from previous products used on the floor too.

Great for doing my tile floors, the scrubber attachment really gets into the grout.

Small and does an amazing job. When I used it the first time my wife said the floor hadn’t been that clean when we moved in to our apartment. I even used it to clean the front of my dishwasher and stove worked great
