I bought this mop after reading the reviews. Decided on this one because of the lift off feature. Has a Long cord and is easy to use. Didn't clean my floors as well as I had hoped but they were pretty dirty after the holidays and my other steam mop breaking. Haven't used any of the attachments yet but looking forward to it. No complaints.

I bought this because I'm lazy and am sick of getting on my hands and knees to scrub my floors. This does the job. Not as great as the hand scrubbing, but I'm satisfied with the results. I am especially pleased with how it cleaned my white grout in the bathroom!!! I'm glad I paid the extra money for the model with the lift off tool. Totally worth it.

This Steam Mop is very easy to use. It does a great job.

My floors in my new apartment were really dirty. You wouldn't know it by looking at them but 4 buckets of hot soapy water and Swiffer after Swiffer it just wouldn't come clean so I bought this. I used the heavy duty pad and struggled to get it across the floor. I had to wash it in the washer every 3 square feet. Once I got through my bedroom I went back over the floor and it glided the second time. The first pass cut so much dirt and grime. I wanted to use oil soap because my floors changed several colors from almost black to light brown. The mop was not dirty. I used the attachments in my kitchen. I highly recommend those too. I didn't understand the scent packets. As long as it's clean I don't care.

I've only used my Power fresh once so far but I love it! Cleans with no residue left behind. Great for grout lines and getting rid of dust. My family has allergies and this works great to eliminate dust...so far I love it!

I bought the purple and grey Bissell powerfesh and returned it to buy this one. This is the best performing of the Bissell line up. The lift off function is much more useful than the vacuum combos. Those vacuum/steam mops have very weak suction. Don't waste your money on those.

We recently installed hardwood floors throughout our house, and having 2 young kids and dogs, things can get hairy...literally. I love this thing. It cleans the floors very well, and when you add the scent pad that comes with it, it makes the entire house smell clean. Wasn't very hard to put together. Only draw back is that it has a cord. After getting a new cordless vacuum, having the cord on this thing is slightly annoying. Overall, very pleased with the clean state of my floors, and the short amount of time and effort it takes to get them in that state with this.

It's great. It really cleans and leave the floors sparkling. It's easy to use and store. It warm up pretty fast. I definitely recommend th product.

I absolutely love this steam cleaner! I use it on my tile floor and it leaves it looking and feeling very clean - no streaks and it doesn't leave a sticky film. Highly recommend it!

We moved into a condo with hard wood floors. This steam mop works great. Cleans all our floors! The detachable works great for cleaning the bathroom too!

After much research when needing to replace my old steamer I opted for the biased lift off instead of the other well known brand I used to have.. So far it had proved to be far superior in it cleaning ability. I love that the steaming pad isn't open on both sides so the steam in concentrated to the surface you are trying to clean.

I have 18 in. tiles throughout my house and one the steam mop gets going it cleans my tiles with ease. - con the buttons to get the machine on is a little tricky other than that it a good machine

I love how easy this is to use and I love all of the attachments. Does a great job at getting things clean!

Researched many steam mops for my flooring ( I have laminate & ceramic) this one got the best reviews for how easy it was to operate & how great it cleaned the floors & the reviews were correct. The floors dry super fast too which I love no waiting forever to walk on them. I would recommend this product.

I have been using this for more than 6 months. I like that it is simply steam with no chemicals, since that is the main reason I bought it. I have dogs and it does a great job cleaning up after them. I have 2 covers that I swap out halfway through. I do wish the water container held more, but I only have to fill it up once or twice. I am happy not to reuse dirty water!

Great product. My wife loves it. It is light and navigates very easily. No streaks.

I purchased this to replace my Shark steam mop that just stopped working. I read online reviews and decided I would try the Bissell, as it seemed to have more functionality. While I haven't used the attachments yet, I have used it to mop. It has continuous steam, two different mop heads and scented discs that leave your house smelling fresh after mopping. No regrets.

I use this on my sealed hardwood floors on the low setting and it works great. I like the smell of the scented discs that were included too.

Easy to use. So much better than my old steamer. My old steamer, I had to hold a button down for the steam to be released. This one you turn on and it has constant steam. Haven't used the handheld section yet, so cannot comment on that. I also like the fact that you can use scent pieces for a fresh smell.

i'm very pleased with the Bissell power fresh mop. it heats up super fast and is easy to use. I would recommend this product.
