I have two dogs and two cats, and the Bissell Pet Steam Mop works wonderfully on my hardwood floors! It is lightweight and very easy to use.

Steam mops are one of the best modern inventions that you could possibly have in your home cleaning arsenal. Do not question whether or not you should buy one. If you have any type of hard flooring (anything other than carpet), this is a must have! Be sure to get a couple of extra micro fiber pads and then enjoy how much easier cleaning is and have that peace of mind that you know things have been cleaned really well.

Great mop, easy to use, the water holder is a little difficult to open; other than that it works great and there are a lot of attachments!

Great steam mop. Cleans deep and has plenty of accessories. Works fantastic and takes out dirt, grime, and stains out of my tile floors.

Easy to use. Multi functional. Great clothes steamer, floor cleaner, & does a great job removing wallpaper.

Best steam mop I've owned (also have a Shark and a Steamfast). I like that you can touch the floor afterwards and it's actually decently hot, as opposed to other steam mops where it's just lukewarm and wet.

So easy to use and does a great job. I have cement floors and it makes them look new again. I love this steamer!!

I purchased this product to steam clean ceramic tile and wood floors. I am definitely pleased so far.

It was delivered and it sat for a few days. Then we opened it up ,put it together ,rather easy, and started to clean. First time user and very impresed. It did everything and more then I, we, expected.

This steam cleaner works very well and goes quite a long time in one fill up. Will clean all hard floors picking up a lot of dirt even if it doesn't look that bad to the naked eye. It is not something strong enough to expect grout to get clean so don't buy it if that is your main objective. Well worth it versus using a mop or other item regularly. It turning into a hand held cleaner is an added bonus as well to clean other areas.

we got this to clean our hard wood floors,once we unpacted it ,after cleaning the floor ,removing the steamer section,attaching the tools i proceeded to steam the tiles in our shower (easliy removed the oils and dirt from our shower floor tiles) I even removed melted plastic from the baking drawer on our range ( saved me 60.00 not having to replace the drawer insert ).this is a very usefull cleaner due to all of the tools included

I bought this to replace the smaller version because my dog turned the power cord into confetti. It works very well and heats up and is ready to use in less than 30 seconds. Only drawback is the reservoir is small so you have to stop too many times to refill but it's not a big deal. Only reason why it's not 5 stars.

I have seen these types of cleaners on television and I finally bought this steam cleaner for my kitchen floors. I love it. I don't need to use any chemicals, just water, which makes it very affordable. I have travertine floors which require specific cleaners to avoid damage. The handheld device is great for cleaning the grout in high traffic areas. It's so much better than cleaning grout lines by hand with a brush.

I try not to clutter my closets with appliances that I seldom use but I just bought a home that had pets in it. I've been able to basically sterilize the floors from the previous owners and now have that new house feel and smell. The ability to be able to remove the steam unit so that it's portable gives versatility to use it to clean so much more than a floor only unit, glad I didn't limit myself.

My daughter was moving into a rent house which was supposedly cleaned but was far from it. She used this to clean her walls, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It was taking a long time to accomplish anything till she used the steamer which was more effective at removing stubborn stains and even old food from surfaces that scrubbing with regular cleaning supplies.

I purchased this steamer to remove old wallpaper that was 20 years old. A professional told us that it could not be removed because of the glue used. Well, it worked perfectly. I was also able to use the tool to clean out old grout. And of course it cleans floors better that the Shark we had before. We purchased the 4 year service plan and expect it to last a long time. Quite a value.
