We use this for the hardwood floors in our apartment. It is super easy to use and doesn't require anything other than water. It really brings out the color in the floor and does a good job at cleaning up spills, etc. The pad is reusable which is very useful so we will only need to buy another down the road. It comes with 2 pads, one non abrasive and one for heavier stains. The power cord is pretty good length and reaches across the entire apartment quite well. It stores away pretty easy and so far we are really pleased at the price. I read a ton of reviews and was between this and the more expensive shark, but this one had more positive reviews and more stars.

I bought this for the floor because it's usually covered in muddy paw prints. It works great on the floor and even freshens the carpet too. I am very please with the unit as a whole but the prior reviews are spot on regarding the short cord. Bissell take note...we need a longer cord!

My wife was looking for something other than a standard mop to clean tile and hardwood floors in our house. We looked at the Swiffer Wet Jet and the Shark Steam Mop before deciding to purchase the Bissell steam mop based on the positive reviews. This does a great job of cleaning and there is no residue left behind. What's not to love!!

Scrubbing and picking up direct - excellent Cord length - could be a little longer size of tank - Although tank is smaller than other steam mop, I can do an entire kitchen, half bath, laundrey room, and hall way and still have water left in the tank. The only think I would change, I wish it came with a different size mope head. I like to get in and around the toliet area a little better

So after years of using the Shark I thought it was ok but hated the fact of having to pump constantly then go over and over the same area just to get it presentable. Then I found this wonderful Bissell TREASURE!! It is so easy to use and cleans my floors better than the shark ever did! Simply add water and push a button and it is ready in seconds. I cannot rave enough about this awesome deal!

After using the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop for the first time, I can say it is just what I needed. Should have gotten it sooner. It's easy to use, light to carry and I don't have to fill the water compartment as often as I thought. The removable scrubber is a plus for those stubborn stains. The only complaint is that it does not have an on and off switch.

Easy to operate and heats up quickly. I use it frequently because it makes cleaning a lot easier and I don't dread washing the floor with bucket and mop anymore.

It's surprising to find a reasonable steam mop that works this well. I've only used it once but it glides smoothly across my floor without too much effort to push it. It's light, so I thought that I have to "lean" hard into it to clean my floor but I don't have to. The scrubber in the back is in an awkward spot that I don't feel like it does the job it's suppose to do. The steam is strong and cleans with just one passing. I love the scented disc that come with it too! Overall, I'm happy and satisfied with this steam mop.

Love this steam mop ! You do need to sweep or even vacuum. I like that my floors are clean and sanitized at the same time. I use mine on my vynal and wood floor.

We have been using various steam cleaners for over twenty years. Using a traditional mop only spreads the dirty water from one area to another. When our steamer of five years died, we needed a replacement that was lightweight, efficient and economical. We found this with the Bissel. This version is far superior to the Bissel model we owed ten years ago. The water tank is more than sufficient to clean about 600 square feet without refilling. The medium setting leaves the flloor squeaky clean yet water is not left behind. The floors dry very quickly. Our tile even shines it is so clean. The unit is lightweight and a breeze to carry around the house. You don't use chemicals so the floors are safe for humans and pets. (The five second rule for dropped food has been increased to fifteen seconds or before the cat can gets it.) The price is far less than similar models available at the Home Show. Those work well but the replacement pads are expensive and only available by mail or by visiting the next home show. We are very happy about our purchase.

As my son put it, This steamer makes it easy to want to clean! I have owned steamers for years and years. Sharks, Haan's (love them but boy are they pricey) and now this Bissell. I am so excited about this machine I tell everyone how well it works! It cleans better and easier than any other steamer I have ever owned. The price made me nervous that it was going to be cheap working like the Sharks. Boy was I wrong! I can't believe how well it has cleaned our floors. We bought a house last year that needed a lot of work. Our bathroom is the last on the list. This machine has made the linoleum look brand new! I'm not even going to worry about redoing the bathrooms now.

This product has surpassed my original expectations! My hardwood floors look amazing after every use. Cleaning has also never been more enjoyable and easy. I also love the scent disks! Every household needs one of these without a doubt!

I have 2 kids, 4 dogs, and a cat and this mop does the job! I had a shark before and for the price Im glad I switched! There is NO PUMPING! I believe that is my favorite part !

Nearly half of our home has travertine tile. We also have two dogs so cleaning it regularly has always been a dreaded chore. I was looking for something that was easier to use than a traditional mop that also cleaned well. This little machine meets both requirements. Granted, the water reservoir does not have a huge capacity but actual consumption depends on which of the three setting you choose. I used the highest setting the first time through and consumed three reservoirs full of water. Now that I clean the tile regularly I use the medium setting and only have to fill it one additional time to do it all. I like this thing so much that I bought a second set of mop heads for my garage. I know that sounds funny but I have a big garage and it has a painted epoxy floor. The steam mop works great during these winter months when the frozen road ice/grime melt off the cars onto the floor.

I have never owned a steam mop and have been thinking of getting one for a while. While visiting my daughter she showed me how easy it was to use and how much dirt it removed. When I came home I read reviews and went with this one. Used it only once but I love it so far! It is lightweight and cleans hardwood, tile and laminate floors with ease. I ordered mine from Best Buy and it came days sooner then the anticipated arrival date. So far I highly recommend.

Really like the way it cleans a little hard to push if you have a bad back. I think the material on the mop pads make it harder to push. Would definitely buy again. Plenty of steam to really clean.

I do recommend this. Easy to use; do not need to pump motion like the SHARKS brand. It also comes with a cover for the mop's cloth to keep it from the floor. Bought this for $80 instead of $100.

I never thought I would see the day when a mop would make me so happy. We have had horrible weather and the dog has been bringing in lots of the outdoors. We have laminate floors throughout the entire house and her paw prints could be seen on every inch of it. We had a swiffer but didn’t feel like it was doing a very good job of cleaning and with a mobile baby, we needed an effective cleaner. It took a few swipes with this mop and the paw prints and mud were gone. One tank of water and one pad cleaned my entire 1600 square foot house. I paired this with the Shark Rocket and my house looks amazing.

Heats up fast, works great. Awesome for small to med kitchen or bathroom.
