I recently became the owner of a condominium that was in need of a great deal of attention in terms of cleaning. The BISSELL steam mop alone removed a considerable amount of dirt from the tile floors that clearly had not been mopped with a detergent for some time. I have several more small tiled areas that need to be attended to and plan to first tackle the job with a mop to loosen and remove as much of the set-in dirt as possible; after that, I have confidence that the Bissell steam mop, used regularly, will be the only cleaning tool that I need.

So far this is working well, and we have no complaints. We have had other steamers in the past that also worked great until they broke. After having two steamers by other manufacturers fail on us in the same exact fashion, we decided to try another brand. Time will tell if this one holds up. I am hopeful and my wife seems to like the job it does so that helps as well.

My steam mop had a defective pad. I contacted Bissell CS via email for a replacement. The first response was a canned paragraph on how to order parts. When I replied and asked them to actually read my email, they responded as if I was lying and trying to take advantage of their company! I was asked to send pictures for their management to see or they could do nothing. When I did so (to prove I wasn't lying I guess), I received a new pad; however, no response for the poor treatment. The product is fine but I will probably look elsewhere next time for a company whose CS actually works with and values its customers.

Just installed tile flooring throughout the house (no carpet) and was looking for the best cost effective steam mop. Read many reviews and purchased the Bissell Power Fresh steam mop and it works very well, easy to use, easy to refill the water, heats the water very quickly. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend it to others.

I have owned a Shark Steam mop and several other floor cleaning items.. WetJet, manual mops, etc. This floor cleaner is hands down the best by far! Easy to use, it's broad mop cleans a large area quickly, the pivoting handle allows it to slide into hard-to-reach areas, and it locks into an upright position for easy storage.

I purchased this for our vacation condo, using it on ceramic tile. I can't believe how much cleaner & brighter the tile floor looks, after 2 cleaning. Nice & light weight, swivel head works great, easy to get in tight corners. It's certainly does the job.

Works great, easy to use! Add water, press disired setting & mop! It gives a good deep cleaning on my tile floors!

This is by far the easiest steam mop I've ever used! I love how quick and convenient it makes cleaning. I will say that having a couple extra mop heads makes it even better! You can buy extras online.

I must say I am pretty impressed with this steamer. I purchased it for my office, and it was on sale at a reasonable price. Now I wish I would have gotten two, because it's better than the one I have at home. Puts out a good amount of steam and does a nice job on the vinyl and hardwood floors. Nothing extra special about it, but it does what it's supposed to.

This is a great steam mop if you don't want to spend a fortune. The mop is easy to use and does a decent job of cleaning. I love the fact that the hot steam is enough to eliminate germs. Not only do I save money from buying floor cleaning solutions but I've eliminated toxic chemicals.

My neighbor had purchased another brand of steam mop, and I saw the amount of dirt that she picked up with it, so I started my quest by reading reviews online of brands. This one had the best ratings so next was price... Best Buy matched the cheapest price I found on Ama** and they had it in stock at the store!! Went and bought it, no waiting for a delivery!!! Came home and was excited to use it, I had cleaned my white tile floor 2 days ago... Used the smooth pad and was totally blown away with the amount of dirt on the pad!!! I live alone, so I am the only one making any 'dirt'! I was very impressed with the amount of steam and it's ability to clean what I had thought was a clean floor! Love that the steam can be set to low, medium, high, and off!

This is the best steam mop I have owned! I have tried various Shark models and did not do the job. This one is awesome and leaves your floors very clean and it also has a really good scent from the disc placed in the mop pads.

Best wet mop ever. Am donating my other wer mops to the thrift store. A little noisy with the gurgling a d unsealed grout still holds a stain but on all recomended surfaces, his product is fantastic. Great deal for $100.00. Am thinking of gifting a few next holiday season.

I was going to buy a shark, but Best Buy was all out and I read reviews for Shark and it was hit or miss depending on the model you bought. Best Buy only had this model in stock and I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I loved it. I mopped the entire house immediately and it took no time at all. I have kids who like to leave messes on the tile floor like ice cream, jelly, etc... With a swiffer or normal mop, I have to scrub, this mop just cleaned it right up with ease. I even steamed the bathtub with it. Works great. I just wish there was a corner attachment or smaller attachment to fit behind small spaces.
