I bought this because my other steam mop was old. Clean my floors beautifully and it has several attachments for other cleaning needs.

I have tile flooring and this steam mop is awesome. It cleaned up some old candle wax I had stained my floor with years ago. I always feel like my home is extra clean when I use this steam mop. The additional tools are great for cleaning bathroom tile and trims. Recommended this to my family and they bought one as well and love it too.

The Bissell PowerFresh Slim steam mop is a great cleaning appliance for a variety of applications around the house. The most obvious use is to clean flooring like hardwood or tile, but it can also be used in the kitchen and bathroom. I found this steam mop to be easy to assemble, quick to heat up and versatile for a variety of applications. The main mop base can be used with two different washable cloth pads, one for everyday cleaning or otherwise delicate surfaces and the other “scrubby” pad for tile or other hard to clean areas. The handheld unit takes about 30 seconds to heat up after plugging it in, at which point you can chose from low or high steam settings. I found the low setting to be good for cleaning hardwood floors. After cleaning the wood in my kitchen and entryway, I was impressed with the amount of dust and dirt the mop pad seemed to have picked up. It was easy to maneuver the mop base around the swivel point to clean along the walls and around other items. Cleaning is as easy as picking a setting and squeezing the trigger to release steam. I also used the scrub pad in the bathrooms and it cleaned the floor well. If you have laminate or other stick on flooring, I would advise using the low heat setting, as the high setting can put out a lot of heat that might be too much for the adhesive. Also, the power cord is pretty long, so you should be able to get from one end of a floor to the other without much trouble. It comes with a wall mount kit as well if you want to store it out of the way. There are also a variety of included attachments to turn this steamer into a whole-home cleaning device. There is a flat scraper tool that can be used with steam to break up stuck on messes on a countertop or stovetop. There are also two bristle brush attachments with various levels of stiffness that can be used for tasks such as for cleaning splattered food in the microwave or around sinks. An angled attachment is good for directing steam into hard to reach areas such as behind the faucets on a sink or into corners. Finally, the grout tool is another bristled tool that is good for cleaning the grout between tile or other slightly inset areas. I was able to use a combination of these attachments to clean my kitchen and bathroom with ease. There is also an attachment with a plain white cloth for cleaning other flat surfaces. Most of these tools fit into a caddy that can be attached to the back of the steamer. The other included pads and attachments can fit into a mesh drawstring bag for easy storage. In addition to these attachments, there is also a fitting that allows this tool to be used as a fabric steamer. In all, this is a very versatile device in a relatively compact form factor. You can get a lot of cleaning use out of it if you have any non-carpeted floors or a kitchen or bathroom. Compared to other steam devices I have used in the past, I was impressed by the speed at which it heats up and is ready for use. Also, the included caddy, bag and mounting kit make it easy to keep all the parts together and out of the way. If you are looking for a way to keep hard flooring clean with fewer chemical cleaners or if you want a easier way to clean hard to get at areas of the home, this is a good option for you.

Highly recommended and one of the best ideal gift for any occasions specially if they are having hard time manually scrubbing the floor. Not recommend for the wooden floors tho, it can get too wet

Easy to use and operate and does what it's suppose to. Small and light for easy handling and the detached steamer does a variety of extras. Worth the money.

Got to clean and sanitize floors and deep clean hard surfaces. Works great with the floor mop attachment and blasts away dirt and grim effortlessly.

Love it, love it... go buy one. Does more than what I expected. Easy to remove head and handle to go in small areas is fantastic.

We use it around the house and around our camping trailer. It works well and is very versatile and the wall mount is a plus.

You can also remove the floor pad and use the mop as a cleaning wand for walls and surfaces overhead. Other attachments include a small foot and pad useful for countertops and tight spaces, various brushes for grout and other surfaces, flat surface scraper, and steam jet tip. All of these can be used either on the extension wand or off the base hand unit itself. Four basic attachments can be clipped to the base unit handle to carry with you throughout the house. The rest can be stored in an included bag. Both the bag and mop can hand from the wall mount when not in use. Other attachments are available from Bissell, including a window squeegee, stiffer and softer cleaning brushes, and a clothing / upholstery cleaner. Actual cleaning performance is excellent. The mop heats up in about 30 seconds and can be set to high and low steam output. You can pause the steam flow while keeping the element hot as well. One tank is enough to mop a large kitchen and bathroom floor without needing to be refilled. The downsides on this mop are very minor. The handle height isn't adjustable so very short or very tall people may not have the most comfortable time using it on floors. The head does swivel about, but it's sometimes stiff to flip around. And while you can detach the mop and wand for in-close hand cleaning, it might be nice to have a flexible hose for attachments to reach everywhere. All in all, this is a very complete steam mop system that will cover the needs of most people without being extraordinarily expensive.

My wife wanted this and I'm glad she convinced me. It cleans and sanitizes well leaving the floors shining.

Steam mop works great, compact doesnt take up to much room in storage room. the detach part is awesome for small areas
