    After my old Shark steamvac broke for the second time (my husband was able to take it apart and repair it the first time), I had no choice but to buy a new steamer. Since I was not impressed with what Shark's newer steamers, I did some research and decided to go with this one. Only con so far is that it comes with only two pads; however, more can be purchased separately.

    Finally, I have found a mop that actually gets the floor clean! It heats up fast and cleans without the use of cleaning products. I was worried about the cost of distilled water, but it only uses about a cup for each use. The only problem is with the cleaning pads. Even after pre-treating and soaking with vinegar, they did not come clean. I think I will have to replace them often, which may get expensive. Also, the replacement pads recommended on Best Buy's website do not fit.

    I am so happy with this model. I replaced an older model, different manufacturer canister type. This is so much easier to use. Quick & easy to use. Fantastic cleaning! Easy to stow away after use, doesn't take up much room.
