Easy to use, does a wonderful job, still a little expensive for the product

Come in handy and is easy to use especially when you're in a hurry and light weight.

I have two dogs so I have a lot of dirt tracked in and doggy body fluids randomly dribbled all over my wood floors. What's nice about a steam cleaner is that it wipes it all up without any harsh chemicals. Sometimes I’m shocked at just how much dirt this thing picks up. It heats up fast and there are three levels of steam. I would give it five stars but I’ve had it a year and the label over the steam levels is starting to coming off.

It is a good product but as a steam mop we cannot use it on most of wood and laminate flooring. It is a little bit heavy too but overall is good for hard floor

Cleans my tile floors well. Heats up fast. Easy to refill.

This Bissell powerfresh pet steam cleaner was a surprise hit. While you are steam cleaning a (clean looking) tile floor with it, you may not notice any difference on the floor. But as soon as you look at the bottom of the cleaning pad you will be shocked at how black with dirt the cleaning pad is. I thought my floors were extremely clean before but now, wow!

this replace a shark steam mop that I had - works well and the 3 different steam settings are a plus - also the scrubbing mop head makes a tough job easy

Now that I have it I wouldnt be able to live without it. I use the multifloor bissel vacuum to clean my floors and use this bissel after to make sure everything is extra clean. It dries fast and pick up all the dirty residues from the other vacuum. I wish the mops got whiter when put on the laundry but other than that Im a happy customer.

I got this to use on the slate in the basement, but I use it everywhere now. I didn't realize how much dirt the dog tracked in on the hardwood until I used this. So easy and quick to use. The Bathrooms just feel cleaner after steam than a wet swifter.

Steams quickly. No water filter to waste your time and money on. Way better then the h2o unit I had been using. Mop head easy to remove and install.

I got this mop on sale and also had a coupon, so it was a steal. I love it, just wish I wouldn't have to sweep and/or vacuum the floor first. Never owned one before, so I can't really compare it to anything.

I love this steamer it so simple to use and I like the idea you don't have to buy anything special to go inside of it just feel it with water and it's good to go. The only thing I don't like is there's no off switch to cut it off. But beside that it does that it's great and hander than a mop any day.

Because of this mop I actually enjoy cleaning!! It's easy to use and also comes with fragrance disc that smells so good. I have a toddler and this mop makes my life so much easier since I just grab the mop, plug, wait a few sec and that's it.

So pleased with the product I bought 2. Great that Best Buy did a price match and the points.

Overall this works really well. The cord can be a bit annoying. But does the job.

Bought this to clean dark hardwood floors since we were sick of buffing them clean and then using a polish. This product cleans very well but leaves a very dull looking hardwood floor. Very hard to push too
