The product itself is fine, but don't try to use it on a stained concrete floor. It will strip everything,leaving you with a floor that has to be totally redone by a professional.

Works great as no chemicals are needed. Floor dries quickly and it is very easy to use.

Simply fill the removable reservoir with water, plug it in, wait for about 10 seconds, and then easily push back and forth on floors. It steams the floors. collects the dirt on its cleaning pad, and the floor automatically dries within minutes. One washable pad is enough for the entire house, or use the 2nd included pad if you wish. It has a very comfortable handle (much better than other brands) and a swivel action for really easy maneuvering.

LOVE my new steam mop!! I've had several others prior to this one (a different brand) but this one is by far my favorite. It's easy to use and then fragerance disc is a nice bonus. Like that i can adjust the steam on this mop so i can easily move from my ceramic tile to my hardwood floors with no problem. Even my children like to mop for me now!!

I really like the mop, does a great job. You might want to stay on a number 1 setting for hardwood floors as it puts out a little too much water on a number 2 setting and leaves the floors too wet. The water cup is easy to fill, goes a long way before having to refill it. Very simple to use and very lightweight. I'd definitely buy it again.

About 2 years ago I purchased an Orec steam cleaner & paid twice as much. The Orec never did the job, so on advice of a friend we purchased the BISSELL. The Bisell is so much better you can't even compare the two.

This is a great little steamer. My only criticism is that the scrubbing brush mechanism is a bit awkward to use. But it really does a great job on our tile floors.

Does the job, and does it well. Just wished that it had a retractable power cord.

I have hardwood floors and stone tile and it cleans it like a champ! Very very pleased w this purchase! I don't have to go over the wood w a towel to dry after I mop and leaves no water marks yesssss!

This cleans the floor much better and quicker than a regular mop. I wish that I had bought this years ago.

Shark steam mop no longer worked, felt this was a suitable replacement

After having a Shark Steam Cleaner blow up, I was seeking an inexpensive unit that wasn't a Shark. The Bissell is an excellent value and does the job. There are other steam mops on the market that have stronger steam and more features but you 're going to pay a lot more.
