Ok, so I've only used it once so far, but I'm hooked. My vinyl floors seemed always dirty and a regular mop never got them clean, just swished around dirty water. The floor pattern has little indentations that trap dirt. After unpacking the mop this morning, I put it to the test. YES, my floor was much cleaner and the mop worked effortless. No more scrubbing on my hands & knees with bleach. I hope it continues to perform just as beautifully. I'm going to clean the floor at least once a week now!

I did a little research before purchasing this mop. One article said this model was top choice for 2015 and was well reviewed. It's nice not to have to use product. It will save money in the long run and my floors looked great and felt great. I like being able to pull pad off and throw in wash. My only gripe and its to my own fault really was it pulled so much dirt off my floors even after having washed right away they were stained but no big deal really. Would recommend this product!

This was easy to use and took about half the time than with a mop and the results were better. It's light weight and maneuvers very easily. I love it.

I love this steamer it cleans beautifully and is easy to use. I have not had it long but it has worked perfectly gets out dirt and grime like a champ!!

I bought the power fresh stream mop to replace my old stream mop of a different brand. The difference is night and day! I could not believe the filth that came up with this mop. The three steam setting options are nice. For kitchen and bathroom floors I like to use the strongest setting for sanitizing, a lower seeing keeps my ceramic tiled living room looking brand new!

Much better than the Shark. Much hotter steam and far better cleaning. Only negative is the pad pulls back when mopping. Needs to be ancored better.

This steam mop does such a great job on my tile floors and I'm no longer cleaning my floors on my hands and knees. (I hate conventional mops as they tend to just make mud, push the dirt around and soil the grout). I can clean my tile, and I have a lot, in half the time.

Quality, super lightweight, easy to fill. Pads wash up nicely. I have not used the scent pads and probably never will. Overall very happy!

love this machine, it heats quickly and is simple to operate. IF we had any complaint it would be that the cord is not long enough.

This is just what I wanted . Uses regular tap water for its steam and cleans like a charm .not too heavy but still uses a plug . It has pads that smell but it can be used wo them.

Most of my house is hardwood floors. The BISSELL - PowerFresh Steam Mop makes it easy to clean up after my 3 dogs. Because it is lightweight, I am able to use it for spot clean-up without having to exert too much energy. I love this Bissell Steam Mop.

After my Shark died I started looking for another steam mop and found this one. After doing my research I went ahead and got this one. I can say having all tile this makes my life so easy and quick. This cleans so much better than my shark. I would suggest to anyone!!!

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this item. It work great and I haven't had any problems out of it. Probably used it around 6 times so far. It is not noisy, changing the pads is easy, it has 3 settings of steam output. It warms up super fast! I recommend it for sanitizing bathroom and kitchen floors.

Works really well on smooth surfaces such as tile and linoleum. It is a little more difficult on rough finished tile and grout. The fragrance disks give the floors a fresh smelling, not chemical smelling, result. I like that the pads can't be washed and used over and over again. It is also light-weight and easy to carry.

My wife ruined the Shark Floor Steamer after 3 years of using Murphy's Oil in the liquid dispenser (not recommended). I decided to surprise her and get a new one. Pared my final selection down to an Electrolux model and the Bissell. Setup was ridiculously easy and it even made me steam the floor a few times. The steam heats up fast and leaves hardwood and ceramic tile clean. The nice caveat that the Bissel has is scented discs that slide in the mop cover. I'm usually not one for gimmicks like this but they leave a pleasant scent in the areas steamed. I caught it on sale for $80. Great deal!!!

Read other reviews before purchasing. Lives up to my expectations. Easy to operate and gets the job done.
