My wife researched a bunch of steam mops when ours died on us and this one came very highly recommended and I see why. This machine works awesome!! I have had 2 other steam mops in the past and this one blows those 2 out of the water. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality product.

I really like it and it works great. I mopped then used it and found out I'm a pretty good mop guy, but it made my floors really shine without the mop swish marks. I was going to do 4 stars because it did not warn me that it will burn the coating off of linoleum while cooling down. That was on the middle heat BTW. Just remember when you power it off to set it on it's rug hooptie or on a surface that can take the heat. I would recommend this to anyone with hardwood or tile flooring, easy to use, quick heat up, long cord ...

I use it for more than just floors. I remove the head and use the steam feature on many things. I cleaned a white sofa I thought would never come clean by using the steam to get it out. worked great. also works great on floors getting steam clean fresh.

This steam mop really does the job well. I had a Eureka steam mop previously, which did OK, but the water reservoir was in the base and it didn't hold very much water. The Bissell has a larger water container on the column and three settings for the steam. I also love the brush which can be used for stubborn spots. I did my whole kitchen and didn't run out of steam. I love that it gets the dirt out of the little crevices in the design of my vinyl floor. Be sure to use distilled water! I highly recommend this steamer.

I bought this for my wife since she loves to mop. This steamer is definitely better then the Swiffer on tiled floors. Just be sure to use distilled water as the manufactures suggested.

Did some research before buying this mop and can say that it met all expectations. My floors are clean, shiny, and have it leaves no residue. You might want to buy and extra cleaning pad but other than that I say go for it.

Steams up the floors and picks up dirt and liquids well! The only main problems: the pad is hard to get it super clean as you have to bleach and soak, etc. The other problem is that the mop does knock a little. Supposedly it was supposed to go away but you still feel it and hear it a little. But you get used to it. Love that I can steam and sanitize my carpets too.

This steamer cleans your floor. It's that simple! If you have a hard floor that requires cleaning and you don't want to use chemicals, this gets it clean. Why use chemicals when none are necessary? Use this Bissel.

SO FAR I LOVE THIS MOP. DEFINITELY MUCH BETTER THAN USING A SWIFFER (CLEANS BETTER.) THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THAT IT'S KIND OF HARD TO PULL OUT THE CONTAINER TO ADD WATER AND THE STICK OF THE MOP SLANTS TO THE SIDE (IT'S NEVER STRAIGHT/UPRIGHT.)

I have owned two other steam mops and this, the third is by far the best. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be buying another one this time. This steam mop just works. Easy to use. Starts right away and works continously. Got to love the scent disk addition too. Smart idea and the wife loves it. I physically broke the shark we had while I was using it. It just snapped in two. Aggressive cleaning? Maybe, but that shouldn't have happened. This one is solid so no worries there. All in all a great product.

I purchased a steam mop a few years ago, but it hasn't been a good fit so I've been on the lookout for a new one. This is all I wanted and more. The key things for me: stands upright, cord easily wraps (2 issues with previous steamer). The pads are easy to use and clean. Haven't tried the fragrance discs yet. This mop navigates easily, gets into all the corners, and the tank holds just enough for what I am doing if cleaning the whole house (small condo). More then enough for 2 rooms. Would definitely recommend.

I had a shark steam mop and decided to try this Bissel steam mop instead. My shark just wasn't getting my tile floors clean so I switched and I'm so glad I did. The Bissel really cleans the floor and in a short period of time as well. So glad I purchased it.

I've never owned a steam mop, and after doing some research about the best ones out on the market, this one had great reviews. After setting it u, which was piece of cake, it cleaned great!

Good steamer, but decided to trade up for the "lift off" model to tackle my grout. I was satisfied with this model's performance, but glad I decided to go with the lift-off middle instead as that model demolished the grime in my bathroom grout. .

I bought this to replace my Shark steam mop, which seemed to produce little to no steam and left streaks all over my floors. After much research I decided to try this one, and I'm glad I did. The steam production is twice that of a Sharks, and the amount of dirt it picked up on the pad was unbelievable. I went over my one floor with my Shark, then redid it an hour later with my Bissel, and I couldn't believe all the dirt that was still on the floor. My only complaint is that no one seems to carry the replacement pads in store, they will have to ordered online.

I have travertine, ceramic tile, parquet wood and porcelain tile floors, and this little steam cleaner takes care of all of the dirt tracked in by my son, two Scotties and husband (not me, of course). I find it easy to use, safe for my floors, and safe to use - no way for the steam to burn anyone or explode as can happen with other various models. I am quite happy with it. I am not crazy about the scented pads, but that is just my preference - don't like weird smells in the house. Great value; great product. Wish the power cord was about five to ten feet longer.

I was about to give up on steam mops after going thru several worthless Shark mops. After reading reviews i thought what the heck and i`m glad i did. This mop works as advertised. Simple and easy to use while at the same time doing a great job at cleaning. I really could not ask for more.

I purchased the Bissell mop to replace an Oreck model. I have found it much easier to work with especially with the easily installed mop heads. I feel it is a good value for the price.

My wife has multiple myloma but insists on doing the house cleaning. The Bissell is light and easy for her to use.

I reviewed many steamers. This appeared better than most at this price point. So far a great steamer. This was a replacement for a Shark that lasted a little over a year.
