This is the best way to mop yet. It's fast, effective and actually pretty fun. Only minor complaint is that the water reservoir is a bit small so you have to refill during cleaning. Just use some distilled water and you are set!

This steamer works wonders on our bathroom and kitchen tile floors. Plus the added benefit of 2 pads and a built in scrubber. Haven't tested it on our laminate hardwood floors yet but I'm sure it'll perform just as great!

Works well on our tile floors and wood floors. Just need to make sure you vacuum up and dust and dirt prior to using this to avoid any wet balls of dirt accumulating. We are ver happy with the ease of use of final results.

Machine gets the job done and works really well for the intended purpose. In our case, to clean hardwood floors. The only drawback we've found is that you cannot leave the unit sitting in one spot for a very long when on as it will leave an impression on the floor.

Going from a Swiffer to this, just no comparison! Wish I hadn't waited so long! This had some nice reviews, although so did the Shark. Based on price, reviews, and my sister's recommendation...so far not disappointed! Glad I have it and floors are cleaner!

This steam mop works really well. It picks up a lot of dirt unseen to the human eye. The steam is very hot and cleans up the floor. the only complaint that I have is it is hard to stand up and falls over a lot but that is all.

This Bissell mop is great for cleaning pergot/hardwood floors. It leaves no residue since it uses water and leaves the floors squeaky clean!

This product heats up really fast making it great for me to clean up after meals and little messes!

very easy to use and the results are better than expected. Primary use is on travertine tile and it cleans without a mess. I would give it 5 stars if it had the ability to deep clean grout

Steam mop heats up in less than a minute. Water tank is more than enough to use for the house.

The steam mop is easy to assemble and easy to use. I was amazed at how it cleaned my floors. The mop pad was very dirty on the first use, but subsequent cleanings produced a very clean floor in my kitchen and dining room. The cord is more than long enough for my use. The mop can be a bit hard to push but just lower the handle, and you'll be okay.

This mop is great for cleaning up after two large dogs. It cleans built up mud/dirt from hardwood floors with ease. My friends are going to buy this mop and ditch there current mop due to the performance of this model. I do wish it came with 3 or 4 cleaning pads b/c they get dirty very quickly due to the efficiency of the unit. Water tank could be bigger, but I can overlook this due to the performance of the unit.

I was skeptical at first. My wife wanted one for our tile floors. This works great! Would recommend for anyone with tile floors!

The Bissell Power Fresh steam mop does an excellent job of steam cleaning all of our wood and ceramic flooring. Everything is so fresh and clean after steaming. Clean up easy.

Bought this to replace an old Bissell steam mop. The previous worked well and lasted to what seemed a reasonable length of time. I purchased this unit and it worked very similar to the old model. Overall a good buy.

This is such a great steam mop. I really like the long cord, and it is amazing how fast the water heats up for the steam. The floor feels so clean afterwards, I now wonder why I didn't buy this sooner. My friend has a different brand and she thinks this one cleans better. The febreeze disc makes it smell nice and clean which is a great feature that not all steam mops have...it is well worth the money.

Does a great job cleaning my laminate floors . Also,very quiet not noisy at all my kids even enjoy using it!

Have been wanting one of these for a while as I was sick of using the wet mops. They don't do a great job of cleaning, they are expensive, and I don't like the smell. This steam mop is great. Easy to use right out of the box and does a great job cleaning the kitchen floor, which seems to always be dirty with animals in the house. I highly recommend this Bissell steam mop.

I use the steamer on hardwood floors, tiles in the bathroom & kitchen floors. It makes cleaning the floors so easy compared to a mop & bucket. The floors feel much cleaner compared to mopping. I am very pleased with how simple this product is to use. If you have a baby crawling around the sanitizing effect of the steamer is very reasuring. I actually kind of enjoy cleaning the floors now!
