Excellent Steam Mop

I have used it several times on my hardwood floors in the kitchen and hallway and the tile floors in the entry way. Could not believe the dirt that came off the floors and the floors had been mopped weekly with hardwood floor cleaner and tile cleaner. Easy to add water with the removal water holding tank. I used distilled water in the steam mop to reduce the effect of hard water. Would definitely recommend this steam mop to anyone considering a steam mop.

cleans all my floors

It gets them really clean. NO More residue from the other cleaners and dries fast too.

Great hard floor steamer

It was no problem to assemble and use immediately upon taking it out of the box. Works great on wood floors and ceramic tile. Much faster and easier than using mop and bucket. The only improvement to suggest would be a longer power cord.

It produces more steam and seems to clean faster and easier. The only negative feature is the cleaning pads do not seem to fit tight enough. The pads have elastic for fitting whereas Velcro would have resulted in a tighter fit.
