I have no experience with any other steam mops, but this one seems to do great. I bought it for my wife who really wanted one to clean our tiles and hard wood floors. She is very happy with it and it is much faster/easier than the spray mops we were using. As mentioned - it does not do great with grout, and it doesn't leave a "streakless" finish, but it clearly cleans the floor well and is much easier than anything else we've tried.

I was looking for something better to replace my old Bissell Steam/Vac All-in-One mop. I realized it would be better to have separate pieces of equipment to do separate functions as my old mop steamed ok and vacuumed ok but didn't do either of those really well. This steam mop is lightweight and heats up quickly. It does a good job on my tile floors (haven't tried it on my hardwood yet). I really like that you can throw the mop head into the washer instead of having to buy/replace. Overall, good little steam mop and worth the price.

Very light and very powerful. Easy to operate and clean.

Works great and would recommend it to anyone who wants to use a steam mop without chemicals.

Very nice product that does a great job cleaning my laminate and tile floors. My only knock is that it leaves the floors kind of damp.

This is a great mop. Easy to use and very efficient.

A good steam mop, and light weighted. Do not need to pump like Shark's brand. Also has a cover lid for the cloth part of the mop.

this is a great mop for tile floors. cleans better than older model use distilled water

This mop works really well to clean the floors. It moves smooth across the floor and has a scrub brush attached that you can snap into place for things stuck to the floor. They offer a 4 year warranty for an extra $20 vs the shark which only gives a 2 year warranty. The only con to the mop is when you have to plug it in somewhere else in your house the mop resets the steam so you have to wait a minute or two for the steam to start again.

Made old linoleum look brand new! Works better than my expensive steamer. I have owned other steamers and I was worried this one would be cheaply made like the Sharks because of the price. Decided to give it a try based on the reviews. So glad I did! We bought two. One for upstairs and one for the main floor.

Clean the floor very well. So far so good, have been using it 2-3 times per week.
